Location is great to a lot of the sites and Metro. Staff is top notch and friendly. Hotel itself is very nice which is to be expected as a brand new hotel that's only been open a couple months. reason for not 5 stars is Currently the building next door is under a remodel and they start at 0730 and can be heard throughout the hotel all day, so sleeping in or napping is difficult, I understand this is out of hotels control. My A/C did go out during the day at some point and by the time I got back at 10pm they didn't have any maintenance available to help out so I had to wait until the morning. Another small thing was that even though the rain stopped everyday by 2-3pm they never opened up the rooftop bar, not a huge deal but would've been nice to check it out one of the 4 nights I was there. If I knew the construction was finished I would definitely stay again.

This should be 3 star but the staff was AMAZING. The Eiffel tower view with balcony is not what you think. You have to lean out to see the tower and the balcony is basically a small ledge. *See picture* If you're a diamond member don't expect your normal diamond benefits. This is a very very new Hilton and they are working through what's normal. Tons of potential. Ester and Gabrielle need a promotion.

Quando chegamos um pouco depois das 5 da manhã devido a problemas horríveis com o carro - do que deveria ter sido uma viagem de 5,5 horas de Amsterdã a Paris, que acabou sendo 15 horas ... o pessoal foi nada menos que incrível. Anthony, que nos registrou, foi agradável e uma grande ajuda! Mais tarde naquele dia, após nosso cochilo, Ester gentilmente ajudou a organizar nosso quarto / tarifa. Durante toda a nossa estadia, Fiona na recepção foi muito gentil e prestativa. E o departamento de F&B foi maravilhoso - de Thibaut e Yoren ao servidor da cobertura que tínhamos (esqueci de perguntar o nome dela novamente) ... todo mundo foi simplesmente incrível. E nós apreciamos absolutamente que todos amavam nosso cachorro tanto (ou quase isso ...) quanto nós! Dominique até reservou um tempo de sua agenda lotada para nos ajudar a traduzir com o motorista do caminhão de reboque e para garantir que tudo fosse organizado para nós. Tenho viajado bastante ao longo da minha vida e NUNCA tive uma equipe de hotel que fosse coletivamente tão gentil e generosa quanto essa equipe. Informei Dominique que deveríamos ficar em um Hilton diferente no caminho de volta por Paris, mas mudamos nossos planos de ficar neste estabelecimento novamente. Absolutely outstanding experience for the whole family!The hotel is brand new, with a beautiful art-deco themed design, and is located in a very upscale residential neighborhood just a few minutes' walk from the Trocadero metro station.The rooms are not very big, but creatively and efficiently designed, and some offer a partial view of the Eiffel Tower.For the full view of the tower make sure to book a table at the terrace and enjoy a cocktail or a dinner there.The best thing about the hotel, however, is its team.In my many years of business and private travel I have never come across such enthusiastic, friendly and professional team.Everyone, starting from the Chief Enthusiast (i.e. hotel director) Ms. Lorent and her Lead Welcome Enthusiast Ms. Barrios-Arshak, the hotel chef Mr. Kubarek and the head waiter Thibault (unfortunately do not have his last name) contributed to making our family stay truly unforgettable.The most memorable experience was the private baking class organized for our daughter by Mr. Kubarek on the suggestion of Barrios-Arshak - she absolutely loved it!Will be definitely coming back, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Paris, whether on business or for pleasure.

When we arrived a little after 5am due to horrible car troubles - from what should have been a 5.5 hour drive from Amsterdam to Paris, which ended up being 15 hours... the staff was nothing less than amazing. Anthony, who checked us in, was pleasant and a huge help! Later that day, after our nap, Ester graciously helped get our room/rate sorted. Throughout our stay, Fiona at the front desk was very kind and helpful. And the F&B department was wonderful - from Thibaut and Yoren to the rooftop server we had (I forgot to ask her name again) ... everyone was just amazing. And we absolutely appreciated that everyone loved our dog as much (or close to it...) as we do! Dominique even took time from her busy schedule to help us translate with the tow-truck driver and to ensure everything was sorted for us. I have traveled quite a lot throughout my life and I have NEVER had a hotel staff who was collectively as kind and generous as this staff. I informed Dominique that we were supposed to be staying at a different Hilton on our way back through Paris, but we have changed our plans to stay at this property again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
