Absolutely do not stay here. Our room had baby roaches crawling on the baseboards on every wall, and on a desk near the refrigerator. Told the manager about it and they moved us to another room. New room was worse then previous room. Asked if they could put us up at another hotel (they said they were out of rooms at this point), they refused. Gave us a refund (in 3-7 business days) and released us at 9pm with no ride and nowhere to stay. We asked if the shuttle could take us to a new hotel and the manager refused, leaving us to walk 20 minutes with our child. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Rooms were unclean, dated, and the entire hotel had a horrible odor. Avoid at all costs!

The room was pretty good, bathroom was clean and well stocked. Coffee machine was okay and has good selection of coffee. I am glad they provided clean coffee mugs, water glassware instead of single use paper / plastic / foam cups. The staff was great. Hotel could definitely use better spread for breakfast instead of packaged items. I am rating less only because they are completely inaccessible on phone call. We were arriving after midnight and wanted to our confirm reservation. But since all the extensions lead to a tape recorded message, I was on my toes till I reached and checked in. Nonetheless, I was able to check in at 4am.

Está más o menos para un hotel de emergencia xq la tv algunas veces no funciona ..no hay piscina y la comida del restaurante es una basura 🤢🤮 pero si está limpio

Buena ubicacion, higiene 5/10, todo es muy antiguo no hay renovaciones, atencion de personal de 4una sola señorita fue muy atenta y amable, los demas indiferentes, parqueo gratuito exterior, sin vigilancia, precio 6/10 para las condiciones esta costoso, mucha afluencia al hotel, demore mas de una hora en check in.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, parking is horrible only a few parking spaces upfront by the hotel, they do have a back parking lot which is where we parked. The room has a smell upon arrival. When we went to use the microwave the fuse blew which caused nothing to work in the room no lights, TV, nothing. Called front desk they did give us a new room which was bigger but had issues. No heat in the room, barely any hot water for shower it was Luke warm.we later learned a trick that if you turn the sink on and let the water run cold the shower will get hot. The bed squeeked everytime you moved and our hotel room phone did not work. Would not recommend.

Having read the appalling reviews I decided not to stay at this hotel although I had made a non refundable payment for 2 nights.😡 I can only blame myself for not reading the reviews before committing to the booking. Complaints covers: Unhelpful rude staff. Dirty rooms. Bad smelling rooms (mold, cigarette smoke). Broken TVs. Cleaning personnel knocking on doors at 07:00 in th morning. Unreliable shuttle service. And so it goes on and on………….. The answers to these complaints are standard and without any commitment to improvements. I suggest to anyone considering staying at this place to carefully read the reviews before making the reservation.

PESIMO PERSONAL! tenia una reserva que la hice en una agencia externa al hotel, pero como cambian de fecha el vuelo, llamo al hotel para informar que llegare un dia despues, la persona que me atiende por telefono revisa mi reserva y me dice que me puedo presentar que el va informar, al dia siguiente que llamo me dicen que mi reserva fue cancelada porque no me presente y que ellos no pueden hacer nada porque hice la reserva con una agencia externa.ESO ME LO HUBIERAN DICHO DESDE EL PRIMER DIA QUE LLAME.EL HOTEL NO BUSCA COMO RESOLVERLE AL CLIENTE Y SE LAVA LAS MANOS DE LO QUE INDICO SU TRABAJADORMAL SERVICIO. NO LO RECOMIENDO.. SE GANARON EL DINERO DE 5 NOCHES COMPLETAMENTE FACIL... SIN VERGUENZAS

arrived at 1 am following our flight to anabsolutely deranged check in process. Waited over 45 min in the middle of the night to be checked in. No logic to it, people were laying asleep all over the lobby furniture.Save yourself the hassle and choose an airport hotel that actually has enough staff to run their basic operations.

Buen hotel cerca del aeropuerto. Lo visité hace un año y estaban recién abriendo post pandemia. Hablan español. Tiene buseta gratis al aeropuerto. Puedes alquilar un auto y dejarlo en el hotel y luego te vas al aeropuerto en la buseta del hotel.

Muy buena atencion, todos hablan español, es barato el hotel, junto al aeropuerto, todo te queda cerca en uber. Solo un poco desgastado el hotel pero todo bien, tambien tienen transporte para ir al aeropuerto sin costo adicional.

Voltamos novamente ao hotel após nossa viagem e posso dizer que pelo preço que pagamos para nós ele é muito cômodo Pois é perto do aeroporto e satisfaz nossas expectativas dessa vez ficamos no sexto andar paisagem ótima janelas anti-ruído sem qualquer barulho porém devem se fazer uma reforma no banheiro banheira estava furada e com vazamento no teto mesmo assim com toda a certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar nesse local. Quanto ao atendimento de recepção foi excelente inclusive nos perguntaram se queria que falasse em inglês ou espanhol perguntamos sobre coisas do lugar e foram muito amáveis com as respostas já café da manhã também para mim é suficiente estava tudo ok

Outro hotel que não volto JAMAIS! Muito sujo, móveis antigos, cheiro de mofo dentro e fora dos quartos, o local onde ficam os carrinhos das camareiras é um show de horror a parte! Nunca vi tanto bicho é tanta teia de aranha espalhadas num lugar só. Pra piorar as roupas de cama e toalhas ficam expostas e os "bichinhos"andam livremente sobre as toalhas e tudo mais! Não volto nem de graça! Passei a noite e no outro dia fui embora. Café da manhã... Fiquei com nojo de tomar depois da noite anterior fui no Walmart mais próximo!

É um bom hotel para ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Chegamos antes do horário do check in e não houve problema, nos acomodaram. Ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel e não tenho nada a reclamar.

Fomos acomodados (amontoados) neste hotel pela american airlines apos um overbooking. Ao chegarmos no hotel ouvimos um simpatico "voces tem que voltar pro aeroporto pq ja avisamos a cia aerea que nao tem mais vaga"....por fim fomos acomodados em um quarto...no cafe da manhã parecia fila de refugiados...de tanta gente e tanta bagunça...a única vantagem é a proximidade com o aeroporto.

Sem dúvidas eu voltaria a me hospedar lá. É um hotel grande, bastante cheio, mas ainda assim um bom hotel. Pode ter filas enormes quando muitas pessoas decidem fazer a mesma coisa ao mesmo tempo, como na hora do desjejum (o restaurante é muito pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes).

Hotel muito sujo!!! Mini baratas no quarto, pó em todos os cantos, cheiro de cigarro. Encontramos ração de cachorro e frutas velhas no carpete. Muito pó na cabeceira da cama e fios de cabelo de outros hóspedes na cama. Fomos atacados por algum bicho que entendo ser BED BUGS, vejam nas fotos como que depois de 3 noites hospedada neste hotel. Trocamos de quarto e o problema continuou. Não recomendo a ninguém. Fomos parar no hospital devido à gravidade das picadas. Eu, meu marido e filho de 3 anos! Atualmente estou em tratamento dermatológico para minimizar as manchas na pele. Pior experiência que eu e minha família já tivemos em um hotel.

How insulting to play your customer for a fool.Other then that the stay reminds me of staying at a cheap motel with luxury features hard pass until Reno or new management. My room was clean except for the coffee maker. The top compartment for water had a brown film that looked as tho someone attempted to clean at some point. The room was spacious with a nice table to sit and work from or eat. The bathroom was clean and stocked with all expected amenities. They have well stocked store/gift shop. We had a pleasant check in and experience until morning. At 7:55am house keeping came and knocked on our door and attempted to come in our room and woke us up. Unfortunately I was now awake and frustrated. When I contacted the front desk to let them know thinking that they made a mistake I learned this is normal. I was taken by surprise that this could possibly be their policy. So I asked Jessica, the front desk manager which by the way was very rude, is this your policy? She said yes this is common because people check out early often. What? Housekeeping walks around before or at 8 am waking everyone on checkout day without any knowledge of who has checked out and who has not. The answer given was YES. I’m not so much frustrated with housekeeping as the front desk manager and the way she handled the circumstances. When I requested to speak to a manager she said she is the manager on duty. Unfortunately she has no customer service skills. A simple I’m sorry ma’am I’ll look into that would have been sufficient. Instead I was met with rude defensiveness and an answer that this is how we do it here. One out of five star experience

Pésimo hotel, antes en todas las tarifas había desayuno, ahora algunas tarifas lo tienen y es horrible! dan una hamburguesa helada en una bolsa y un muffin, el shuttle era 24 horas cada hora; ahora, solo empieza a recoger pasajeros a las 6 AM, el café en el lobby era permanente, ahora tiene horarios muy limitados, el aseo a la habitación, solo lo hacen si es solicitado antes de las 9 AM, el aseo es malísimo! da asco; los vasos se usan y no los retiran para lavarlos. La verdad, no recomiendo para nada este hotel, si hubiera menos de una estrella, éste se la ganaría. Decepcionante por completo, allá no volvemos.

Very run down hotel. Room had holes in the walls, rust on the ceiling, beds were falling apart, towels had stains... Also seems the hotel has not been maintained well except the main lobby. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 am and tried to open the door to ask us when we were going to check out so she could clean the room never had this happen before, when we brought it to the attention of the front desk they shrugged it off and walked away. I did the same review on an email sent to me by Clarion hotels and their response was "Sorry for your experience but we would like you to give us another try" They should have the same room we had and the same experience and then ask themselves that question of giving them another chance. Will not happen on our part. Do not recommend this hotel.

this was by far the best hotel I stayed at in Miami! They had working wifi, vending machines that worked! And not to mention amazing rooms I very much recommend you stay here!

Let's start with the blatant disregard for safety.The hotel has 2 towers and only 1 entrance... But for your safety here is the LOCKED emergency exit in the West Tower, near the elevators...notice the gap between the"locked" doors and the fact that the bottom isn't even sealed! Not Really safe...The hotel lobby welcomes you and you think may it's not such a bad place. Nope... totally misleading...place is ancient, the rooms show there age and the parking is so atrocious, I literally wondered about my cars safety for the night.And finally let's not forget that there is a "restaurant" in the hotel, by the "emergency doors" but you have to walk all the way around to the other entrance to get into it...

Going to have to agree with many of the poor reviews. American Airlines put us here due to a cancelled flight which is a shame because the hotel is quite poor quality. Front desk service staff were great and cleanliness was alright but the overall vibe was sketchy. Looked like someone had previously tried to break into our room. The safe had a key not a pin pad system. Overall the hotel could use an upgrade.

Upon our early arrival from key largo the manager of the hotel had no problem finding us an open and clean room! He was very hospitable and we were so impressed with how quickly and willing he was to accommodate us. Not only that we ended up with a larger room than expected - excellent management !

No está mal pero la habitación 421 no tenía buena higiene el baño, necesita reparación, la ducha y otros accesorios están oxidados, el piso de la bañera parece mal reparado. Y desde que entras al piso un olor muy fuerte a cosas viejas que también está en la habitación, es bien desagradable. Espero puedan mejorarlo para otros huéspedes se sientan a gusto y con deseos de volver.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed and the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever experienced ever! Read the 1 star reviews because everything they say is true! We stayed one night. Thank the lord. Not a single greetings from any staffs. They bothered us fives times to check out! They told us check out is at noon! Unprofessional. The staff attendant came knocking on the door BEFORE 8AM asking us whether or not we are checking out right there. Then the front desk called the room two hours later asking us when we are checking out!!! Not even 20 minutes after that call, the staff attendant came knocking on our door asking us when we’ll leave! We left at 11pm! Around 1PM, the front desk CALLED our personal phones and asked us if we have checked out yet! I’m speechless at this point. This hotel needs to update their check out time to 8AM. I am never going back!

I started off just staying here just a day honestly it was a accident; But I stayed there for three weeks I knew all the staff & I truly had fun & was a happy guest Even though I’ve dealt with the first room smelling like a waste dump & I’m not sure if it was a sewage system in there but it was distraught Hotel conveniently located in to another part of the building and I deal with It dealt with the trippy air conditioner Where it drips But the room was huge and beautiful I loved it I stayed in that room for about a week even three days after the leak started I have more I’ll stop here
