“We blocked rooms here for our wedding and their customer service was amazing! I worked with the Sr. Event Planning & Banquet Manager, Geri, and she was the best! So kind and helpful the entire process of guests booking and day of coordination. My bridal party and I got ready at the hotel and Geri went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing morning getting ready. The location is perfect especially if you have a lot of out of town guests since it’s so central to downtown. Highly recommend working with this hotel for events!”

“I'm in shock with how great the customer service was. I booked my stay on points and was still greeted as a VIP. The late checkout opportunity, breakfast, room upgrade, early check in....heck, even the valet opened the uber door for my girlfriend and me.
