“We had a nice stay. The lady who checked us in was great. She was super helpful and friendly. The next morning when I had some issues with my keys there was a different woman working. She was rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was asking for keys that worked. It took me 3 times to finally get keys that worked. Instead of apologizing, she acted like I was making it up. Did she really think I wanted to waste my time going back and forth to the front desk. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I was nothing but pleasant with her. There was no need for her to be so rude.”

“Nice clean room. Great location being close to FLL. Only issue was catching the airport shuttle and a long line at the front desk at 1 am. However the staff were working as fast as they could and were very polite and apologetic. Overall a positive experience.”
