“The actual stay was ok.Its a decent hotel in a relatively good location.Dealing with the billing and the random $300 charge that appeared on my card a month later though, that was a pain.I'm not sure what's going on behind the scenes here, but I've had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with the staff and resolving my issues with the bills.Due to the huge headache I've dealt with from being tossed around between the various departments (none of them seem to know what's going on) I wouldn't stay here again.I'd rather sleep on the beach.”

“I usually don't write bad reviews because I never find nothing that bothers me that much... But this hotel is a problem on every level.From begging to end its was a disaster, start off by been too expensive and yet small rooms, they forgot that there is some furniture missing on the room and amenities. Then trying to work with the situation with management and its like crazy circus (the bad kind). After that trying to get some room service is a nightmare. We just left.... It was just stupidity pricy for half the space and twice the problem....I will say don't waste your money and time but its impossible at this point.”
