“A very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were very spacious. My room had two queen beds and a living area with a sofa, dining area, and a desk for work. The hotel has a restaurantl and bar conveniently located inside of the hotels as well as a Enterprise Rental Car. Some of the rooms also have balconies.”

“Christmas Eve night there was a fire drill with the temperature outside being 7 degrees. None of the staff ever came to let us know to re-enter the building. The guests took it upon ourselves to re enter.
Christmas morning my husband and I were stranded in the elevator for over 45 minutes. None of the staff ever showed up, didn’t answer any of our calls. We ended up crawling out of the elevator and went to front desk to inform the staff. They had no idea we were stuck in the elevator. Poor customer service, poor communication. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.”
