Rude, unfriendly staff. Lacks customer service skills. FREEZING BAR and eating area. I like the cold and live in a state where temps are typically 20-30 degrees in the winter, BUT the bar area was so cold we had one drink and left to hang out in our rooms instead, it was as though they were purposely trying to freeze out the customers. Tables were dirty, we had to clean our OWN table in the eating area. I have never met a more unfriendly bartender in my life. GOOD LUCK with breakfast, as there was no system and the lady was pretty much rude to EVERYONE that tried to order breakfast. It was just a mess. I will not stay at this hotel again. I think there are other hotels in the area that have better customer service. But maybe it a phoenix thing.

Do not stay at this hyped up version of Motel 6. This was the worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Worst experience from when I checked in until I checked out. House keeping does not make up your bed if you don’t give them a 24 hour notice ahead of time. The plumbing does not work properly in the room, water does not go down in the bathtub. The A/C unit in all the rooms do not work so be prepared to sleep and wake up in a pile of your own sweat. And don’t forget the mold and fowl smells coming from the walls in the rooms. They still charge you $15 per day to park. The only good thing about this place was the free breakfast they provided in the morning. I do not recommend ANY PERSON homeless or not to stay at this Embassy Suites. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK…

Do yourself a favor and scroll past this one, fast! First the good; staff was very friendly. The made to order breakfast was quick, had many options and was really good. These are the only reasons for the 2 stars. The entire place is in desperate need of updating and serious deep cleaning! The smell in the first room I was in hit me so hard I had to change rooms, the second room still had a bad smell but opening the sliding door made it bearable. I think it's a mixture of the filthy carpet, mold and cleaning products. The carpet throughout the hotel was so stained it looked like a pattern. The water wouldn't drain while taking a shower in the bathroom that had mold on its ceiling. I can't believe Hilton would put this name on a place like this, and for what the nightly rate was, extremely disappointing.

I have stayed here many times before and loved the entire experience. Upon arrival the hotel staff informed us that “Happy Hour “ is now limited. It is definitely a feature that put this hotel apart from others. It’s really to bad they limited this feature. It will surely impact the stay of guests. When we finally arrived to our room there looked to be a very large blood stain next to the bed on the floor. Obviously the room needed a little closer attention before placing a guest in it. The television was not working properly, so we just watched off our own personal devices. I looked forward to being back at this hotel and picked it with purpose. I’m not sure I’ll do this again, Embassy may not be what it used to be and their price continues to rise as if much has improved. IT HAS NOT! Very disappointed.

My room was not properly cleaned to start. There weee two beer bottles sitting outside my room when I arrived. Those bottles were outside my room for more than 24 hours. There was hair on the toilet seat, in the shower and in the bed. There was so much mold in the shower, all throughout the bathroom and in the toilet. There was lots of mold on the metal grate that the air blows through to enter the room. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they said okay. They put me on a list and didn’t clean it for another 24 hours. It is absolutely absurd how they let the hotel fall into such disarray and then didn’t feel the need to clean it in a timely manner. I have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel before. One positive… the lady working the omelette bar in the morning is amazing!
