Was generally an ok stay. Location was convenient and the room was large. Check in and out was a breeze. complimentary breakfast was good, although they were out of regular sugar.Room had some cobwebs on the ceiling and we found a few hairs in the bathtub. The vent in the tub was super dusty. Bathroom didn’t appear to have a fan. The pillows were basically a bag of feathers… my neck still hurts. Lighting in the room could be improved. Complimentary happy hour choices were bottom of the barrel… even for rail. Surprised that Hilton couldn’t afford some more widely accepted rail liquor brands. :( Grass wasn’t cut in the parking lot area.

Decent hotel, though it felt a little outdated. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast spread were nice perks. However, that was all overshadowed by one of our rooms not being available. We arrived at 4:30 with dinner reservations and a show, but needed both rooms so we could get our family and babysitter situated before taking off. Because of the delay we were late to dinner and lost our seats at the show, making the 6 hour round trip definitely not worth it. The icing on the cake was the woman at the front implying that check ins START at 3, as if the hotel has no obligation to have the rooms ready despite us paying for them from 3 pm to noon the next day.

A primeira Embassy Suites que visitei não era realmente uma suíte. Era um único quarto de tamanho médio. Ele tinha uma grande TV e centro de entretenimento que costumava dividi-lo um pouco, mas ainda era um único quarto. A cama era confortável e o banheiro era limpo e bem abastecido. Os bilhetes de bebida foram ótimos. O estacionamento não era gratuito, mas quando meu uber me deixou, os braços estavam levantados. E parecia um estacionamento de tamanho amplo. Eu não tomei café da manhã, mas com base em outros comentários, é saboroso.

Ótima estadia para viagem de negócios. Adorei a ideia de ter bilhetes para bebidas. Esta foi uma grande vantagem com o meu grupo. Boa maneira de vir para a nossa casa longe de casa após um longo dia de trabalho. O grande sorriso de Eric e as boas-vindas de volta foram legais também. Estaremos de volta em algumas semanas e estamos ansiosos para mais uma boa noite de sono na cama confortável. The first Embassy Suites I've visited that wasn't actually a suite. It was a single, medium size, room. It had a large TV and entertainment center that the used to slightly partition it, but still a single room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well stocked. The drink tickets were great. Parking was not free, but when my uber dropped me off, the arms were up. And it looked like an ample size parking lot. I didn't eat breakfast, but based on other reviews it's tasty.

Great stay for business trip. Loved the idea of having drink tickets. This was a big plus with my group. Nice way to come to our home away from home after a long day of working. Eric’s big smile and sweet welcome back was nice as well. We will be back in a few weeks and looking forward to another good nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Tivemos uma ótima experiência! Ótima localização para compras e alimentação! Menos de 30 minutos para o centro de DC. As omeletes feitas na hora estavam deliciosas! O barman Ace foi fabuloso! We've had a great experience! Great location for shopping and food! Less than 30 minutes to downtown DC. The made-to-order Omelets were delicious! The bartender Ace was fabulous! She makes one of the best drinks I've had. Ask for "something good"! Happy hour and snacks daily were an unexpected bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

The overall service at the property exceeded my expectations. Eric, is an asset to this property and understands what it takes to leave a lasting impression on a guest. Eric paid attention to detail and anticipated my needs by providing extra blankets, pillows, and a roll away bed in the suite prior to my arrival. I arrived with 4 exhausted teenage boys who traveled and competed in a basketball championship. Check In was fast and there was no wait to be checked in. Everything was prepared for us when we arrived, the room was large and clean, the roll Away bed was turned down and prepared for our late arrival. the beds were both comfortable. The property was spotless, Inside and out with plenty of parking. the area felt very safe, and secure. The buffet style Breakfast was great, offering healthy and quick options for families on the go, or a chef to prepare the breakfast of your choice, which is complimentary. Eric went out of his way multiple times to ensure We had a perfect stay and he is a great example of what exceptional hospitality looks like.

Sinceramente, adoramos este hotel! Viajamos muito e o Embassy é sem dúvida o nosso favorito! Esta localização foi tão fabulosa como todos os outros que ficamos. Havia um torneio de basquete feminino acontecendo enquanto estávamos lá, então os pais e as crianças estavam *animados* à noite. Como é um meio aberto, os sons do lado de fora do nosso quarto eram quase ensurdecedores, mas realmente não podíamos ouvi-lo dentro do nosso quarto, o que foi uma grande vantagem. Tendo sido um gerente de hotel antes, senti que eles estavam com pouco pessoal na parte posterior da noite. Limpeza/espaço público sendo puxado em um milhão de direções, todas as demandas dos outros ao retornar para o dia, pequenos problemas que acontecem (criança vomitou ao lado da piscina, realmente deveria ter fechado a piscina, mas a força do cloro era esmagadora como era) realmente justificam a necessidade de um corpo extra. O hotel é muito bom, com um bom quarto, ótimo café da manhã e localização. Porém, durante o checkout tivemos um problema. No Checkin informei que alguns dos quartos iriam pagar a estadia em dinheiro, e a recepcionista nos disse que não teria problema, que passamos o cartão apenas para um bloqueio de segurança. Na véspera do checkout, fomos até a recepção e informamos que iríamos sair antes das 6:00 e que gostaríamos de já deixar pago, pois iríamos pagar dois quartos em dinheiro, novamente a recepcionista que estava na hora nos disse que não haveria problema mas que só poderíamos pagar na manhã seguinte. Ao descermos para fazer o checkout as 5:45h a recepcionista nos disse que não poderíamos pagar em dinheiro, pois nesse horário o cofre estava trancado e que não tinha sido avisada. Ao pagarmos no cartão de crédito brasileiro temos um acréscimo de uma taxa de 6,38% que não teríamos pago já que estávamos com dinheiro em espécie para realizar o pagamento da estadia. A limpeza do quarto estava muito boa na chegada… mas durante a estadia deixou um pouco a desejar.

We had an amazing experience at this place. Everything was wonderful. Our room was very nice. The evening reception was great the bartender she was fantastic. The complimentary made to order breakfast had everything imaginable. The room, pool, gym everything was nice clean and sanitary. Very convenient to lots of fine dining, shopping and entertainment. We most definitely will be back.

Honestly, we loved this hotel! We travel a lot and Embassy is without a doubt our favorite! This location was just as fabulous as all the others we've stayed at. There was a girls basketball tournament going on while we were there, so the parents and children were *lively* in the evenings. Since it's an open middle, the sounds outside our room were almost deafening, but we really couldn't hear it within our room so that was a big plus. Having been a hotel manager before, I felt that they were short staffed in the later part of evening. Housekeeping/public space being pulled in a million directions, all the demands of others when returning for the day, little issues that happen (kid threw up beside pool, really should have shut pool down but the strength of chlorine was overwhelming as it was) really warrant needing an extra body. Maybe there was a call out, I don't know 🤷‍♀️ but from my point of view- the desk staff seemed stressed. If you travel don't forget to be hospitable to staff as well, after all we are guests in their "house." Kindness goes a long way. 💛

Todas las renovaciones que hicieron al hotel quedaron excelentes. El servicio que tienen de desayuno y el servicio de bar complementario son excepcionales. Las habitaciones son grandes y super limpias. El personal todos son muy profecionales. Este es el quinto año que nos alojamos en este hotel y lo seguiremos haciendo en los proximos años.
