“First and foremost, amazing customer service! They treat you like royalty the minute you get there. Luxurious, clean and the rooms had great views. The large flat screen TV inside the room was thankfully connected to internet and had YouTube app already installed, so I was easily able to play some good jams while getting ready for a fun night out. Ordered room service real late around 3:00 AM after coming back from the club and Man! Did that food taste good! It was a quesadilla plate. So fresh, you can tell it was made from scratch using only quality ingredients. Although they didn't typically serve freshly squeezed juices ("Aguas Frescas") that late at night, they didn't mind at all to go a little out of their way to make my friend and I one. "Aguas Frescas" are usually cheap Kool-aid type of juice drinks, but this place has definitely exceeded my expectations when it comes to freshly squeezed cantaloupe juice - Mexican style! For the price, I say it was worth it. Oh and one of the best parts of all, is that the hotel is attached to an architecturally-beautiful mall...with an ice skating rink!! Not even the fanciest malls in Texas look this good.”
