“I wasn't impressed by the front desk personnel. Two different employees were rude and unhelpful. I'm handicapped and have cancer. I'm in Texas for surgery so I need a shower chair. I started asking for a shower chair the night before I needed it for several Dr appointments that day. I even went to the front desk and spoke with the clerk 3 hours before my first appointment, I explained the situation, she said the houseman would bring it, I called the front desk an hour later, was told the houseman had just shown up which eould give me plenty of time. However he never showed up before I had to leave. I had to go without a shower. The female housekeeping staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Staff is ill mannered. They had a broken elevator on day 1 of check in, they said they will fix it in a day..Next day the second elevator also broke down. With 6 floors using stairs is not a viable option. I saw a few elderly people struggling and guy on wheelchair stranded. Please avoid this place. It's a shame on Marriott brand”
