A good value for an airport hotel that includes complimentary shuttle from the airport and shuttle services to the cruise port for a small fee. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was nice, the air-conditioning in the room was not overly efficient and the typical slight odor found in many hotel rooms. It was good for a late arrival night stay prior to cruising at Port Everglades.

Stayed here one night at Christmas Eve due to a delayed flight. The location is superb if you want to fly out of FLL. Check In was nice, they even gave me some restaurants/pubs near the hotel to go to, so I would at least have a somewhat nice Christmas. The rooms were clean, however especially the bathroom feels a bit old. For a 1-night stay I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was great. I booked the hotel to wait for my flight after a cruise, I arrived to the hotel hours prior to the check in time which I explained to the staff that I was traveling with kids and wanted to check if they had rooms available for early check in. The front desk did everything possible and allowed us to check in early since they had rooms available. Also booked a free shuttle to the airport for 9pm but decided to leave earlier which the hotel staff was also accommodating and called the shuttle to make the changes. Rooms and bathroom were very clean, updated and adequate.

This hotel serves it’s purpose. Quick stop over before heading out on a cruise. Very busy hotel, close to the cruise port. Friendly staff, shuttle driver was super friendly and informative. Rooms are large, but could use some more cleanliness. Cleanliness of the entire property leaves something to be desired. Every hallway needed to be deep cleaned and thoroughly vacuumed. This would not be my top pick next time we were staying here.

Your normal easy Hotel spot for the night. Service at check in was ok. I never ask for my Diamond status water and candy bag because I’m no better than someone else. Just front desk team member was tired and was not happy at all. When asked about food at 10:20 at night her response was very poor and unprofessional. The room was clean, huge and bed was very comfortable. Restroom was super clean and lots of towels. Upon check out at 4:00 am there was a paper bag on the front desk saying. Have a great day” drop room key here and a happy face. It is a Hampton inn just made it feel like it was not a Hilton family hotel.

It was under renovation but worked out just fantastically!! Located in walking distance of Mini Pita my new goto Mediterranean restaurant if ever in the area again. Shuttle from airport was free. It cost us $10 each to get to the cruise ship port the next day.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant in the lobby was great for drinks and food. We enjoyed room service for breakfast and dinner!!

Centrally located with easy access from the airport to the cruise port. It's possible that the facility is understaffed, as calls to the front desk would go unanswered for long periods. Lots of construction. Breakfast is ready and well done. I'll definitely be there again.

Will never stay here again.Tried 4 different times to get coffee it was never ready. No breakfast nor breakfast bag offered. We were charged for shuttle to the airport without being told till after the fact when Igot the email bill. No one wears masks , even the shuttle driver had one on but wore it half way down.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O quarto era o quarto ADA correto que eu solicitei. Quando fiz o check-in, um homem me viu deixar cair minha bengala e as malas e correu para me ajudar. Seu nome era Sam. Ele me ajudou novamente durante a minha estadia. Recepção noite pessoa foi super nice. Os hotéis estavam sendo reformados, mas eles fecharam às 17h.

I stayed 14 nights here, the rooms were clean, breakfast was on point and the staff were very friendly especially FRANK at the front desk, his service was Exceptional! He was willing to go the extra mile and was very engaging. FRANK YOUR THE BEST!!! I was recommended by Suzette Shaw and we are both pleased with the service. Not to mention I got to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, very modern and the decor is on point!! Definately will return again! Shatima the guest service manager was so warm and Lyn made sure I was ok too. Great team! Good service, adequate parking and great breakfast! Not to mention its conveniently close to the airport. Thank you guys for making my vacation memorable!!!

We loved our stay! Shatima was an absolute superstar, catering to all our needs with a huge smile - truly a breath of fresh air! The guy (sorry, didn't catch your name) at reception in the morning was also awesome! Special thanks to both of you for those beloved Grandma's cookies!! 😍 Breakfast was great. Only missed the fitness center, but I guess that will be back in motion once remodeling is complete. Would definitely stay again - probably one of the best Hamptons we've been to! And of course the cute little friendly duck who hangs around the front door is a MAJOR enhancement. 😜

Hotel was under construction and this was not Listed anywhere. The bathroom panel above the shower was cracked open to where we can see the piping and tubing above us there was also concrete pieces in our shower. Then on Sunday morning we were woken up at 9 AM to sounds of hammering and drilling and that lasted all the way until we checked out. Definitely will not be staying here again ever. I don’t recommend.

The staff are very nice. The room was the correct ADA room I requested. When I checked in, a man saw me drop my cane and bags and he rushed over to help me. His name was Sam. He helped me again during my stay. Front desk night person was super nice. Hotels was being renovated but they cut if off at 5pm.

Eles estão gastando dinheiro para renovar os quartos, mas eles não estão sendo mantidos depois de renovados / atualizados (eu fiquei em 420). O problema recai sobre a limpeza, por fazer um trabalho ruim, e a administração, por não fiscalizar. Tapete novo está muito sujo e o banheiro tinha manchas na parede (eu limpei várias porque eram tão nojentas). O chuveiro do banheiro e o teto também precisam ser reformados. O hotel poderia facilmente se sair melhor se os serviços de limpeza e gerenciamento se engajassem.

They arespending money on refreshing the rooms, yet they are not being maintained once refreshed/upgraded (I stayed in 420).The problem falls on housekeeping for doing a poor job, and management for not inspecting.New carpet is very dirty and the bathroom had stains on the wall (I wiped up several myself because they were so gross).The bathroom shower and ceiling need work too. Hotel could easily do better if housekeeping and management would engage.

O hotel surpreendeu muito, e o fator que mais contribui para isso foi o café da manha variado em opções saudáveis como frutas e smoothies, fato esse que não se acha facilmente nos USA. os quartos são bem confortáveis, camas espaçosas, limpas e macias. Banheiro também muito limpo. Consegui fazer exercícios físicos e experimentar os aparelhos da academia, muito bons; algo que não gostei nesse quesito foi a pouca privacidade dentro da academia, em relação a que anda no corredor, pois a parede é de vidro e quando homens passavam, a atenção era desviada para dentro da academia, bem desconfortável. A piscina é pequena, mas suficiente para se refrescar. Os funcionários foram bem simpáticos.

La ubicación del hotel es ideal dependiendo de tu plan en la ciudad ya que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto fort laudardale y de las estaciones de t-rail, tiene atención las 24 horas, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, las instalaciones son antiguas pero muy bien conservadas y el hotel en general esta muy bien conservado, tiene cajero automático y cajero atm. Frente al hotel encuentras un mall con almacenes de cadena que es muy conveniente. El único detalle seria respecto de la falta de personal bilingue, solo una empleada hablaba español y solo la vimos el primer día, adicional deben mejorar el transporte al aeropuerto, por lo demás lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy atentos y serviciales. Te guardan las maletas gratis y hay agua, café, te y fruta, también gratis, en recepción. La habitación muy limpia y camas muy cómodas. Te llevan y te recogen gratis del apuerto; les tienes que llamar lo que es un poco engorro, pero a parte de eso, está de perlas. A tan sólo 10 minutos del aeropuerto y del puerto de cruceros, pero muy alejado del centro y no conseguimos encontrar transportes públicos. Están asociados con una empresa de "taxis" que se llama All Star: si quieres que te lleven a cualquier otra parte ya son $8 por cabeza y trayecto. Al lado tienen un área de restaurantes y supermercados. También un banco, un McDonald's y un Wendy's
