This hotel did not honor the cancellation I made thorugh the Hilton Website and charged me for a three day stay that I never made.The front desk fraudulently checked me in on their own even though I was not at the hotel.I would think twice before making a reservation here. Este hotel não honrou o cancelamento que fiz através do site do Hilton e me cobrou por uma estadia de três dias que nunca fiz. A recepção me registrou de forma fraudulenta por conta própria, embora eu não estivesse no hotel. Eu pensaria duas vezes antes de fazer uma reserva aqui.

Very disappointed. I went over budget this month to try and do something nice for my wife. Instead, I left wishing I'd saved my money. I spent more on this hotel because Hampton inns are usually nice, but now I'm bitter and upset because I wish we'd just stayed home.The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling. The air conditioning didn't work well, so our room was hot and hard to sleep in. I'm writing this review at 3 AM because the people across the hall from us keep slamming their door. The only reason why I didn't give it 1 star is because I guess it could be worse. I spent a lot of money on a room just to be left tired and disgruntled... Muito desapontado. Eu ultrapassei o orçamento este mês para tentar fazer algo de bom para minha esposa. Em vez disso, saí desejando ter economizado meu dinheiro. Passei mais neste hotel porque as pousadas de Hampton geralmente são boas, mas agora estou amarga e chateada porque gostaria que tivéssemos ficado em casa. O banheiro tinha muito mofo no teto. O ar condicionado não funcionou bem, então nosso quarto estava quente e difícil de dormir. The three stars were because we were put into a pet friendly room. (Door tag noticed way after checkin) We were not notified prior. The housekeeping department must be very good because I am highly allergic to cats and did not have a reaction. As três estrelas foram porque fomos colocados em um quarto que aceita animais de estimação. (Etiqueta da porta notada após o check-in) Não fomos notificados antes. O departamento de limpeza deve ser muito bom porque sou muito alérgico a gatos e não tive reação.

We've been loyal Hampton Inn patrons for years and go there because of their pet friendly rooms, breakfast and the way they run their business.At this location, the staff was fine, but the hotel was in pretty bad shape.From just a beat up and abused look (e.g. paint, wall scrapes, door didn't shut right, messy caulking, crooked paintings and shower head) this hotel has seen better days.The kicker was the lack of a cleaning crew.If you planned on staying for more than a day, a refresh was not provided unless requested.That was a first.I get that over time, hotels need a remodel, but at a significant price.This location needs to be added to the list. Temos sido clientes leais do Hampton Inn há anos e vamos lá por causa de seus quartos que aceitam animais de estimação, café da manhã e a maneira como eles administram seus negócios.Neste local, a equipe estava bem, mas o hotel estava em muito mau estado. De apenas uma aparência surrada e abusada (por exemplo, pintura, arranhões na parede, porta não fechava direito, calafetagem bagunçada, pinturas tortas e chuveiro) este hotel já viu dias melhores. O kicker foi a falta de uma equipe de limpeza. Se você planejava ficar por mais de um dia, uma atualização não foi fornecida, a menos que solicitada. Essa foi a primeira vez.Percebo que ao longo do tempo, os hotéis precisam de uma remodelação, mas a um preço significativo. Este local precisa ser adicionado à lista.

Completely clogged bath very dirty yellow colored water backed up within a minute of showering , very over priced , pool was closed down would strongly recommend the hotels located in Brunswick about 30 min south as an alternative. Extremely high crime rate area unbelievable they where going to charge 260$ a night. Then the counter person decided to call us liars when all we wanted was proof of refund when we left an hour after coming. Banho completamente entupido, água de cor amarela muito suja, apoiada em um minuto após o banho, muito caro, a piscina foi fechada recomendo fortemente os hotéis localizados em Brunswick, a cerca de 30 minutos ao sul, como alternativa. Área de taxa de criminalidade extremamente alta, inacreditável, onde eles vão cobrar 260 $ por noite. El baño completamente obstruido, el agua de color amarillo muy sucia se acumuló dentro de un minuto de la ducha, muy caro, la piscina se cerró. Recomendaría encarecidamente los hoteles ubicados en Brunswick, a unos 30 minutos al sur, como alternativa. Área con una tasa de criminalidad extremadamente alta increíble, iban a cobrar 260 $ por noche. Luego, la persona del mostrador decidió llamarnos mentirosos cuando todo lo que queríamos era una prueba de reembolso cuando nos fuimos una hora después de llegar.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast in the morning was decent and provided us enough sustenance. There is food options around the hotel, some walkable and others drivable.Pool area was very clean and the pool was lovely in the evening. Exercise area is on the small size.We would definitely stay here again when in the area. El personal era muy amable y las habitaciones estaban limpias. El desayuno de la mañana era decente y nos proporcionó suficiente sustento. Hay opciones de comida alrededor del hotel, algunas para caminar y otras para conducir.La zona de la piscina estaba muy limpia y la piscina era preciosa por la noche. El área de ejercicio es de tamaño pequeño.Definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo cuando estemos en la zona.

Staff was great. Hotel is dirty. Carpet stained. Bed coverings dirty. Hampton inns are our go to stay when we travel and this is the first one we have stayed in that was so overall dirty. I would give it a 1 star rating if it were not for the friendly staff. A equipe foi ótima. Hotel está sujo. Tapete manchado. Coberturas de cama sujas. When we checked into our room early this morning, about 130am, we quickly realized it was already occupied…. By roaches. We saw 3 within the 2 minutes we were on the room. That’s was more than enough for us. We immediately left the room and went to the front desk. The concierge could not care any less. Offered no resolution. No apologies. Nothing. Barely even spoke to us other than to say the hotel was sold out for the night. No empathy for a family with a small child. It’s obviously not his fault the hotel is disgusting but geez. We spent the next hour and a half trying to find another place to stay. I reached out to the GM of this location and did not get a response. We ended up at a best western premier and they were great. Quando entramos em nosso quarto esta manhã, por volta das 130h, percebemos rapidamente que já estava ocupado…. Por baratas. Vimos 3 nos 2 minutos em que estávamos no quarto. Isso foi mais do que suficiente para nós. Saímos imediatamente do quarto e fomos até a recepção. O porteiro não poderia se importar menos. Não ofereceu nenhuma resolução. Sem desculpas. Nada. Mal falou conosco, a não ser para dizer que o hotel estava esgotado para a noite. Nenhuma empatia por uma família com uma criança pequena. Obviamente, não é culpa dele que o hotel seja nojento, mas caramba. Passamos a próxima hora e meia tentando encontrar outro lugar para ficar. Entrei em contato com o GM deste local e não obtive resposta. Acabamos em uma estreia do Best Western e eles foram ótimos.

Terminamos en un Best Western Premier y fueron geniales.
