Apreciamos a distância do Aeroporto Reagan. Foi um passeio fácil e rápido. Todos com quem interagi foram amigáveis, o motorista do transporte, a equipe da recepção, a limpeza e a equipe da cozinha. Os quartos eram muito limpos. A área de estar do café da manhã é um pouco apertada. Sugiro reorganizar o layout. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Enjoyed the distance from the Reagan Airport. It was an easy and quick ride. Everyone I interacted with was friendly the shuttle driver, desk staff, housekeeping, and kitchen crew. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast seating area is a bit tight. I would suggest rearranging the layout. Overall had a great experience.

Por algum motivo meu último comentário foi deletado. Esta foi uma das minhas estadias favoritas do Hilton. A equipe foi ótima e o quarto era de bom tamanho. Café-da-manhã foi diferente todas as manhãs e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Eles estão em estado de construção há alguns anos e a piscina está fechada por causa disso. Evite o Hilton ao lado a todo custo!

Lugar muito bom e tem quartos bem conservados. Durante a minha visita, gostei da estadia e tive uma experiência incrível aqui. Uma equipe de recepção muito calorosa, profissional e amigável. As instalações de arrumação eram boas. Minha estadia aqui neste hotel me deu muita alegria e tive momentos memoráveis, a vista da varanda era incrível.

Muy cómodo y buena ubicación. La habitación muy confortable y grande, con frigobar, tarja, cafetera, secadora de cabello, tv, sofá, plancha, cama cómoda, guardarropa y caja fuerte Incluye desayuno, pero la limpieza de los cuartos solo la hacen al 4to día de estancia. La TV no servía bien, no había hielos en las máquinas … pues estaban teniendo problemas esos días =( El desayuno muy completo dentro de lo que cabe, pues tenían todos los días un omelette de huevo, salchichas, papas, cereales, leche, café, jugos, agua, naranjas y manzanas, waffles, pan integral y blanco.

Very good place and has well-maintained rooms. During my visit, I enjoyed the stay and had an amazing experience here. A very warm, professional, and friendly reception staff. Housekeeping facilities were good. My stay here in this hotel has given me so much joy and had a memorable time, the view from the balcony was awesome.

For some reason my last review was deleted. This was one of my favorite Hilton stays. The staff was great and the room was good sized. Breakfast was different each morning and the staff was VERY attentive. They have been in construction status for a few years now and the pool is closed because of it. Avoid the Hilton next door at all cost!

Em primeiro lugar, os funcionários da frente e de limpeza foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto e comida eram bons também. Hotel era limpo e tranquilo apesar da construção. O transfer do aeroporto também foi muito receptivo e amigável. No entanto, a internet não funcionou nos 4 dias que estive lá. Eu poderia me conectar, mas não havia mais do que alguns minutos de serviço real de internet utilizável em um dia. Além disso, minha taxa estava errada no sistema e tentar consertá-la se tornou mais do que uma dor. Deixei duas mensagens para o gerente e falei com ela na terceira ligação. Ainda aguardando o retorno rápido informando que foi corrigido.

First, the front and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and food were good too. Hotel was clean and quiet despite construction. Airport Shuttle was also very responsive and friendly. However, the internet did not function the 4 days I was there. I could connect but there was no more than a few minutes of actual usable internet service on one day. In addition, my rate was wrong in the system and trying to get it fixed has become more than a pain. I left two messages for the manager and spoke to her on the third call. Still waiting for the quick call back letting me know it was fixed.

Eu sempre fico em hotéis Hilton. Os padrões são sempre muito altos com a marca Hilton. Esta localização não decepcionou. Toda a equipe foi muito agradável, o hotel era muito limpo, e a localização era perfeita. Frank na recepção é uma das pessoas mais legais que já conheci na minha vida. Sua personalidade é muito edificante, ele tem essa energia positiva sobre ele que é como ninguém que eu já conheci antes. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente neste estabelecimento e recomendo a todos os meus amigos e familiares.

I always stay at Hilton hotels. The standards are always very high with the Hilton brand. This location did not disappoint. All of the staff was very nice, the hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect. Frank at the front desk is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. His personality is very uplifting, he has this positive energy about him that is like no one I have ever met before. I will definitely stay at this property again and will highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, todo o lobby foi rasgado sendo reformado. Isso inclui a área de café-da-manhã. Eles tomaram café da manhã no Holiday Inn ao lado, mas a comunicação sobre onde exatamente isso era, as horas etc. era extremamente ruim. Na manhã em que saímos, os elevadores até o saguão estavam sendo inspecionados. Não havia sinais nos botões do elevador no saguão ou em qualquer um dos andares. Depois de alguns minutos parados pressionando o botão e nada acontecendo, desistimos e carregamos nossas malas por 6 lances de escada. Durante o período de check-out parece ser um momento muito ruim para não ter os elevadores acessíveis aos hóspedes. Felizmente, fomos aptos o suficiente para carregar nossa bagagem escada abaixo. O quarto em si era bom e atualizado.Entendo que tudo isso é uma parte necessária da reforma, mas não havia nota desses inconvenientes no site quando reservamos e não tenho certeza se as tarifas dos quartos refletiam isso. A maior reclamação que tivemos foi a falta de comunicação em torno dessas mudanças temporárias. Se tivéssemos sabido da reforma com antecedência, se tivéssemos sido informados das mudanças no café da manhã e se houvesse placas nos elevadores informando sobre as inspeções em andamento que os inutilizaram, teria facilitado muito de frustração.

Amazing location, friendly staff, and fantastic amenities/rooms. This hotel has it all, especially since it is finishing up a near total renovation. A very short walk to the Metro where you can quickly be in DC in a matter of minutes. HIGHLY recommend. The free breakfast and airport shuttle can’t be beat.

When we arrived at the hotel, the entire lobby was torn up being remodeled. This included the breakfast area. They had breakfast set up at the Holiday Inn next door, but the communication on where exactly this was, the hours, etc. was extremely poor. On the morning we checked out, the elevators down to the lobby were being inspected. There were no signs on the elevator buttons in the lobby or on any of the floors. After a few minutes of standing there pressing the button and nothing happening, we gave up and carried our suitcases down 6 flights of stairs. During the checkout timeframe seems like a really bad time to not have the elevators accessible to guests. Thankfully we were able-bodied enough to carry our luggage down the stairs. The room itself was nice and updated. I understand that this is all a necessary part of remodeling, but there was no note of these inconveniences on the website when we booked and I’m not sure if the room rates reflected this. The biggest complaint we had was the lack of communication surrounding these temporary changes. If we would have known about the remodeling in advance, if we had been informed of the changes to the breakfast, and if there were signs posted on the elevators informing us of the inspections going on that made them unusable, it would have eased a lot of frustration.

Ótimo serviço ao cliente, grandes quartos confortáveis com microondas e geladeira. A única reclamação é que eles não têm serviço de quarto diariamente. Então tivemos que pedir toalhas secas para cada dia. O lado positivo é que você recebe café da manhã complementar diariamente. Definitivamente recomendaria. Outra grande coisa sobre este hotel é que está perto de shopping centers e restaurantes.

Great customer service, big comfy rooms with a microwave and fridge. The only complaint is that they don’t have room service daily. So we had to ask for dry towels for each day. The bright side is you get complementary breakfast daily. Would definitely recommend. Another great thing about this hotel is that your close by shopping malls and restaurants.

El hotel en general esta buenohabitaciones y baños amplios la habitacion limpia solo q el hotelesta bajo reparacióny deberian cerrar completamenteel pisoq estan reparando pq el olor a pintura y otros quimicos son muy fuerte. Tiene un gran desayuno cambiando el menu todos los dias, en general me quede contento con este hotel.
