“Dirty, old, poorly maintained and dimly lit parking deck for which I was double charged. Not dog friendly outside with no green space for blocks. Very low water pressure and defective light fixture in bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was limited with no fresh fruit and overcooked tough Virginia ham as meat selection. Nice front desk staff who assured me correct 1 day parking would be charged. Did not answer phone and voicemail was full when I called to report overcharge. Finally reached Marc the manager after wasting an hour with Hilton customer service who assured me credit would be issued by accounting but it may take 2-3 days and I should keep checking. Really? Poor customer service. 👎👎 ~~~~~credit due received 4 days after check out”

“The worse experience I’ve ever had. Paid for two suites with joining rooms, we got different rooms on the same floor. The suite room had a broken door, which we called about. They came to fix the door and made us go to a different floor while It was being fixed. We sat in a different room for almost 3 hours and they forgot about us. Finally, we had to ask if our room was ready. We still didn’t get our other room corrected. Our air quality device went off 2 times and our room smelled like a burning smell and fumes. Was not clean at all, dog hair was all over the bathroom floor. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.”
