Nos hospedamos en el hotel ,(habitación 616 tower 2) no nos limpiaron la habitación. Fui a presentar la queja y me dijeron en recepción que cuando yo hice el check in , me habían comentado de ese sistema,lo cual no fue así,a mi no me comentaron nada de eso con lo cual yo no lo sabía,luego me mostraron un papel que yo había firmado en donde aclara eso , sinceramente solo me habían pedido la firma como cualquier check in , no me dieron copia del papel con lo cual no me quedé con esa información.En definitiva,yo no lo sabía y nadie me lo explicó.Luego me atendió la gerente,solo me enviaron toallas a la habitación,no solucionaron mi problema , de ninguna manera , es por eso que no recomiendo este, no por el error , sino porque note que no se preocuparon en solucionarlo

first time in Las Vegas & had a really great time :) the hotel staff is friendly & super helpful. I love how they send you texts to check up on you & your stay. also love how convenient & easy it is to find your way back to the hotel. our transportation was The Deuce & there's a stop to this hotel. There's a market in the lobby & you can rent movies for free. super awesome & when I'm back in Vegas definitely coming here again!

Had an awesome experience specially with front desk and Valet! And even the pool staff. I checked in the night of 05/19 around midnight the sweetest girl (her name might have been Carly) welcomed us and Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and so was everything, pool is amazing. my overall stay was very good exceeded my expectations and will be staying here again so much better then casino hotels.

No está demasiado lejos de la zona central pero lo suficiente para que no sea una gran localización. Sólo tiene un bar y es mediocre, nada para foodies aquí. Tendrás que irte a otros sitios para casinos, shows, comida... Así que la pregunta es... Para quién es esto? Pues supongo que igual familias y estar un poco alejado de lo anterior. La piscina bien, el gimnasio no es malo pero no espectacular. Para mí es un Hilton de bajo nivel. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Tal vez Hilton Elara sea mejor...

Apesar de não estar na avenida principal, é muito aconchegante e tem um ótimo preço. Fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade.

Ponto negativo: custo adicional de 25$ /dia por cada quarto, depois da reserva paga na totalidade. Considero um roubo da parte do hotel.

Hotel com opções de quarto com cozinha completa. Excelente acomodação, espaçosa, limpa e moderna. Atendimento nível 5 estrelas. Hotel sem cassino, então perfeito pra família. Sem cheiro de de cigarro, excelente! Piscina é boamas fica bem movimentada com hotel bem cheio. Por ser mais afastado do centro da strip se torna mais fácil de estacionar, ir e vir e etc..

Além da infraestrutura excelente do apartamento completo, para mim a localização é excelente por que é baratinho ir de Uber visitar os hoteis e fica longe de toda a bagunça de Las Vegas. Tem bons restaurantes por perto e algumas lojas. Única coisa chata, foi ter perdido uma manhã inteira em uma reunião para eles tentarem nos vender um tipo de "consórcio" para um pacote de vantagens do Hilton, no final compensou pois ganhamos um otimo desconto para o Michael Jackson ONE do Circe Du Soleil.

Adoramos, mas não aproveitamos nada, pois era só um lugar para dormir. Se for sua primeira vez em Las Vegas, recomendo um hotel mais simples, aliás, você só vai dormir um pouco, pois Las Vegas não para nem um segundo. Mas se você quer aproveitar as coisas do hotel, é uma boa opção. Única reclamação é quanto o chuveiro que saia louca água e não dava pra ajustar fácil a temperatura.

Very satisfied with my room. Clean, organized, ice cold refrigerator, nice bathroom, the pool is amazing you just have to find the sunny spot, the building covers it up at times. Stay here, you won't regret it. The Deuce on the Strip bus stop is feet away from the hotel. Best way to get around Las Vegas, plus you have the monorail at Sahara across the street. Great location 👌 👏 👍

Amazing! Clean, beautiful suite with kitchen and master bedroom, had all the amenities any traveler could want, pool was fun and relaxing, staff accommodating and friendly, great price. We brought our young children and felt very safe, even being on the strip. I loved staying here!

This hotel is at the end of the strip with no casino so a plus for people traveling with family. It’s also an all time share hotel so check out is at 10am which is quite early- I am still paying hotel prices even if it is a time share hotel so asking me to check out at 10a is unreasonable. The rooms are all suite rooms with a full functional kitchen which is a great plus if you are traveling with family. The room was clean and spacious. It doesn’t have a restaurant on-site- just a market place and a bar and grill connected to the pool so you will have to mostly go outside the hotel for meals. All in all my one night at this place was pleasant.

Loved the hotel but didn't have my room cleaned in all the 5 days I stayed in Vegas. Was told during checkout that I had to request for that. Was surprised that a lovely hotel would not just clean their rooms daily without being told. Simple protocol to me but otherwise, Was a lovely experience.

Can't complain. Plenty of room for the whole family. Booked the 2 bedroom suite. The full kitchen is awesome and just having a full refrigerator is the best part. Especially when people tell you most hotels don't even have a mini fridge. The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Definitely staying here again.

I really really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be returning. The room was very clean. I stayed in two rooms with a total party of five people. We had plenty of space for all of our luggage and though we shared beds we all slept like babies. At one point I lost my key card and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a new one and how I didn't have to pay a fee for that. The people at the desk were very nice and friendly and very very efficient. I highly recommend staying here. Don't even bother looking anywhere else.

Arrived to vegas after midnight and check in was extremely smooth and fast, no problems. Very nice and welcoming people up in the front desk. I booked with this hotel because it was only hotel near the strip that allowed people under 21 to book a room, that I could find. But I’m glad I did because I really loved my stay. Rooms were pretty clean and lots of space. There was also a grocery store in the hotel which was extremely helpful. I slept very nice every night I was there and would absolutely come back. Pricing was a little high but I enjoyed my stay.

Ubicado en el extremo norte de la calle Las Vegas Boulevard St., conocido como EL STRIP DE LAS VEGAS. Sector hotelero más nuevo y modernocon una extensión de 5 Km. aproximadamente. Hotel moderno, compuesto de dos torres de gran altura. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, buena vista, con cocina pequeña muy bien equipada. Cuenta con una particularidad: Permite unir dos habitaciones por una puerta intermedia para su ampliación, especial para familias numerosas. No cuenta con servicio de alimentación, solo un minimarket pero suficiente para proveerse alimentos de consumo rápido, recomendable usar los Buffet de otros hoteles para la alimentación diaria, más económico. Próximo a centros comerciales, parada de transporte público a la puerta con sistema de ticket por 24 horas, muy utilizado y recomendable.

Amazing all around experience! Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early with a $10 upgrade to jetted tub suite! We also received a Teddy bear for our daughter. The text system worked well for front desk questions, too. The room was immaculate and had a ton of amenities, such as washer and dryer and full kitchen! Quiet and close to the strip. Wonderful stay!

Pésimo alojamiento. Desde que llegamos el chico de carpeta nos mintió sobre nuestra reserva. Luego el supervisor con muy mal trabajo tampoco nos asistió debidamente. Sin contra que soy cliente gold de Hilton nada de eso tuvieron en cuenta. Pésimo alojamiento en servicio al cliente nunca más con ellos.

We stayed in Vegas for our Grand Canyon trip. This hotel is perfect for those who need want to be away from THE Las Vegas but close to everything you need. It's great for kids and has a lot of amenities for them. The pool, though crowded, is great and there are many chairs. There is basketball, tennis, and other activities to keep kids entertained. It's quiet and the staff is very responsive. The resort fees are not extravagant and everything listed as part of it was available. I was very pleased with my stay here.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and comfortable, the full kitchen absolutely saved us money from eating out every single meal or snack. I wanted the shower and tub water to be hotter, but other than that everything was great. It's almost like a little apartment away from home. Even has a washer & dryer. I appreciate not having to pack dirty clothes home.

Very well kept resort, convenient to the Las Vegas strip, parking was free. We accidentally went here, it was the address provided in an email. The front desk was friendly and wrote down the address where our reservations were at. It was just down the street at Flamingo. I stayed here a few years ago and I really enjoyed it. Nice rooms, like a 1 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, living room, dinning area... all this really helps trips be more affordable.

I absolutely love this property. The customer service has been impeccable and convenient as well. Everyone I came across was polite and accommodating. It’s literally right down the street from the strip. There’s construction going on but it’s due to the fact that new Hilton properties are being built. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way so the floor would get wet easily. Besides that none at all. I will say that the bars are pricey but that’s to be expected. Also- one side of the pool was open and I think due to COVID both sides open would’ve been more beneficial. I definitely would recommend this property and I most definitely will be retuning - hopefully as a Hilton gran vacation owner.
