“My family and go here when we need a change of scenery. Great location, right downtown. The customer service is always great, I have had a problem with staff. When I reserve a room, I always add breakfast! The food here is yummy.”

“Nice hotel overall. Rooms clean, dinner in the steak house was yummy! Staff pleasant and helpful. A couple downers though. Mostly, no coffee available until 7am. Not really acceptable in what is billed as a 4-start hotel. Also, stayed on executive floor and the lounge was closed, the circulating fresh-air fan that removes air from the bathroom was off. Definitely, not worth the extra we paid for the room.”
