A complete 5 star hotel, nestled in a residential/financial district area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It is located about 20-25 minutes from the center of Bogota and the Bogota Antiguo, it is in a safe, tranquil area. Hotel staff was cordial and personable. Laura, Circo restaurant, was friendly/amicable, and eager to share her knowledge of her city of Bogota. The rooms in great condition and well appointed. Very complete breakfast to satisfy all kinds of appetites, with a great cook to order menu. We did not have lunch/dinner in the hotel as there is a good selection of restaurants nearby (Restaurante Daniel, Harry Sasson, and Crepes & Waffle Cafe). Executive lounge was opened and operational throughout the day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel building was build a while ago and I think the rooms were very clean. The staff was top notch. Lounge had a nice balcony that had a decent view and a good place to get some nice sun.

Excellent hotel. The staff were super attentive, the amenities were great and the lounge with snacks was amazing. Having fancy cheese and a cappuccino at a moments notice was the best. It was cold for us when we were there and they provided an extra blanket and space heater. Thank you!

As soon as we got there, service has been nothing but incredible! Got our luggage taken inside for us. A free welcome drink for my partner & I. Very informative with everything. Free breakfast, pool & jacuzzi was nice, sauna was great too. We had full access to the concierge lounge, which was amazing! Everything from start to finish there, was nothing less than great! I would highly recommend staying at this place. Worth every dollar!

Awesome property yes but…even more awesome staff! Especially the folks up in the exec lounge…wanna give a special shout out to them! Best exec lounge EVER. This great property obviously invest in quality staff, training and quality control. Even the exec free buffet offered the freshest food and beverages. A job well done to the staff and management!

Um dos melhores hotéis de Bogotá com excelentes serviços e bons restaurantes. Serviço muito bom, com a rapidez de sempre. Ótima infraestrutura, quarto muito arrumado e boas opções por perto para comer, ao menos em horário comercial. Possui serviço de táxi ótimo, muito bom se você tiver que enfrentar a quinta feira sem carro vigente em Bogotá. Recomendado para qualquer tipo de viajante.

Hotel excelente. Quartos limpos, arrumados. Decoracao de todo hotel muito.bonita e sofisticada. Todos.os funcionarios foram educadissimos e prestativos. Deixo elogio especial ao Sr. Felipe que levou as malas e explicou tudo que havia no hotel e nos quartos. Recomendo muito a estadia nesse hotel. Fica super bem localizado em Bogotá.

El hotel es muy bueno pero tiene un grave problema de personal en el restaurante donde se sirve el breakfast y también en el bar, parece que el hotel que se dice 5 star contrata un empleado para hacer el trabajo de 3 personas y el resultado es una mala atención. Los empleados del hotel muy amables y este review es para los gerentes y responsables del hotel para que se pongan las pilas o se van a cargar de muchos malos reviews !

Las instalaciones están bien, no excepcionales para esta categoría de hotel. Hemos estado en este hotel antes y lo que podemos notar es que la atención y el servicio, han decaído de manera muy importante.Intentamos cenar en uno de los restaurantes y una de las meseras nos dijo que ya iban a cerrar (aclaró, 9:35 pm un sábado y el restaurante lleno), en efecto cenamos en otro restaurante y al regresar a la habitación pudimos ver, que el restaurante seguía abierto. En l reserva éramos 2 adultos y un niño y nos dieron una habitación estándar a pesar de haber reservado una “de luxe” y en l habitación solo había una cama, una bata, unas sandalias y dos toallas. Tuvimos que pedir todo lo adicional que se necesitaba. Los amenities en la habitación (baño) son los mismos que encuentras en un toreo de 3 estrellas.Usualmente voy con mi esposa y nuestro hijo pequeño a este tipo de hoteles por un fin de semana y para esta categoría de lujo, creo que el JWM de Bogotá no lo es. El lujo y la calidad están en los detalles.

Overall nice hotel but maybe not worth the price. The Gym equipment is outdated plus the space is tiny. For a hotel like this I expect much better equipment. Also the AC outlets are not working in the main lounge area and they have no AC outlets in thr bar area outside by the pool. The carpets in the main lobby area are dirty with dark stains.In general, the hotel needs an update.

I went a year ago to celebrste my wife Birthday the service amazing. This year we decide to celebrate my birthday there but we got a huge surprise the service was not as last year.The AC did not work, my wife had to go to the lobby to get towels because nobody answer the phone. For breakfast the restaurant was almost empty and they keep bringing us the check even that we just got there, the services really slow like they had 20 tables to take care, the waiters were busier talking to each other than giving a good service.It is a shame to get that kind of services on a top Marriott hote chain like the JW Marriott, We won't go back to that hotel on out next visit to Bogotá.

No visité el hotel como tal, sino el restaurante el circo que hace parte del hotel, me pareció un lugar muy acogedor, elegante como lo esperaba y muy buena atención. Cuenta con parqueadero para visitantes y queda muy bien ubicado dentro de la ciudad.

Great hotel in Bogota. Gorgeous lobby. Well kept. Clean. Safe. Several restaurants in the hotel. The air conditioning in the rooms barely works even after a repair; otherwise, a perfect hotel for the money.

I have only stayed here as a guest, so I can’t say anything about the event rooms etc. The hotel is in a nice location with lots of food, supermarket, etc options in walking distance. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, so is the bathroom. Adequately sound-proofed. The decor is a little bit dated but of good quality and therefore not an issue as far as I could during my several stays. The spa area has a well-equipped gym which is a little crowded though, a small but pleasant indoor pool and private massage rooms as one would expect. The staff is super attentive, professional, warm and welcoming. Can’t say anything about the restaurants as I have only had the breakfast buffet which is plenty and good quality but there’s room for improvement. Enjoy your stay

Came here for business and must say that the accommodations were top notch. This was among one of few times I was in Colombia and perception vs reality are two very different things. Walked everywhere from the hotel and it was a great pleasure. Staff was great, the rooms were very large and comfortable, clean as well. No complaints from me.
