“This place is ok. It has a good location but that’s it. Close to the airport, dolphin mall and Walmart. Room was ok. Not bad smells and clean sheets. We used the washer and the dryer but the clothes didn’t came out dry. Cleaning lady was very nice to us. Front desk also very nice and provided very good service to us at check in.”

“First of I wanted to give zero stars because what we weren't happy about we complaint in hopes that we got the respect of the hotel about the situation.....
Our complaint went like this:
We were staying at the La Quinta since Thursday 6/16 until 6/21. We had reserved another night to stay with them but we cancelled it due to the following reasons:
Ac hasn't been cooling since day one. Receptionist offered us a room. We went to look at it but it was smelly so we didn't take it.
Room is not clean and we have to reserve housekeeping if it needs to be cleaned.
The refrigerator is not cooling.
Half of the equipment in the gym doesn't work
Internet is not available constantly. It disconnects frequently.
There are not many options available for breakfast and not enough room to accommodate people who want to eat breakfast. Even if a table is free, the table is not clean as there is only one staff member taking care of everything.
There is a constant shortage of breakfast items in the morning.
Our keys had to be reactivated again because they weren't working. We had kept them separately/away from the phones.
Sadly we haven't heard from the hotel....and while trying emailing and phoning the hotel......hasn't responded so far. We wanted to give them the opportunity to recognize the problem or solve them as soon as possible.”
