Belo cenário e ótimas comodidades. A comida é excelente e o complexo do resort tem muitas opções. Caminhada íngreme até a praia, mas o hotel tem transporte. Também fica a cerca de 30 minutos da cidade, então você precisa de um carro ou transporte para ir e voltar e a cidade definitivamente vale a pena ver.

Quando saímos, tínhamos deixado um pequeno vestido no quarto e, quando perguntamos sobre isso, o serviço se tornou super rude e rápido. Não tenho certeza por quê. Mas, por alguma razão, eles pareciam pensar que o trabalho deles está feito quando você sai. Então, um vestido de $ 200 desapareceu dentro de 2 horas após o check-out? Muito estranho . Deixou um gosto ruim na bocaLocalização é uma colina íngreme. Então você se sente bastante preso também.

Después de hacer el check out me di cuenta que me habían cobrado bebidas extra, obviamente luego de notar el error inmediatamente me devolvieron el monto ya pagado y me reprocharon no haberlo notado antes, esta es la razón de las 3 estrellas por el servicio . De todos modos, en general, MUY RECOMENDABLE

Hermoso entorno y excelentes comodidades. La comida es excelente y el complejo turístico tiene muchas opciones. Empinada a pie de la playa, pero el hotel tiene transporte. También está a más de 30 minutos de la ciudad, por lo que necesita un automóvil o un servicio de transporte para ir y venir y definitivamente vale la pena ver la ciudad.

Cuando nos fuimos, habíamos dejado un pequeño vestido en la habitación y cuando preguntamos al respecto, el servicio se volvió muy grosero y enérgico. No estoy seguro de por qué. Pero por alguna razón, parecían pensar que su trabajo está hecho una vez que te vas. Entonces, ¿un vestido de $ 200 desapareció dentro de las 2 horas posteriores a la salida? Muy raro . Dejó un mal sabor de bocaLa ubicación está en lo alto de una colina empinada. Así que te sientes bastante atrapado también.

Beautiful setting and great amenities. Food is excellent and the resort complex has lots of options. Steep walk to the beach but the hotel has shuttles. It is also about 30+ minutes from town, so you need a car or shuttle to get back and forth and the town is definitely worth seeing.

Mixture of feelings Service was superb. The whole team of people seemed very very on top of their game. The best cocktails I ever had Food was superb. Great breakfast Room a little disappointing for the money. But this is Mykojos and august. But still Really really great service. Except one thing. When we left we had left a small dress in the room and when we asked about it the service became super rude and brisk. Not sure why. But for some reason they seemed to think their job is done once you leave. So a $200 dress went missing within 2 hours of us checking out? Very odd . Left a bad taste in the mouth Location is up a steep hill. So you feel quite trapped too.

Estadia de uma vida, eu amei cada segundo. Equipe perfeitamente treinada, quarto luxuoso absolutamente divino e a vista - linda demais 😍 a vibração é rica e pretensiosa, mas eu esperava isso, então não me incomodou. Eu definitivamente voltarei um dia (quando eu puder pagar) :)

Estancia de toda la vida, me encantó cada segundo. Personal perfectamente capacitado, habitación lujosa absolutamente divina y la vista: abrumadoramente hermosa. El ambiente es rico y pretencioso, pero esperaba eso, así que no me molestó. Definitivamente regresaré algún día (cuando pueda pagarlo) :)

Pros: - very nice breakfast with great options - friendly staff - very clean, the room was thoroughly cleaned every day - the view - great roomCons: - incredibly overpriced. Not just the room, but everything else as well. A water bottle is 5€. Also the food at the restaurant is super overpriced, even for Mykonos. - when we arrived after a long journey, I asked for water and I was told I had to buy it from the bar (or the mini-bar). Considering that we paid almost 1000€ per night, I was at least expecting free water. - very far from the city center. - we were told that the shuttle to the city center would travel each hour. That was not true. We had to take it at 2pm and couldn’t get back until 6:30pm. - the shuttle driver was quite unprofessional in my opinion; he was often on the phone, using the shuttle to drop off his family/friends along the way. - they offer you free transport to and from the airport. However, they decide when you get to go to the airport and if you want to be there sooner, you have to pay 70€ for private transport (for a 22 min trip). - the staff looked a bit unorganized. They asked us the same questions multiple times and often gave incorrect answers. - loud music in the middle of the night. - very loud music in the pool area. - no allergens in the food menus. This looks to be quite common in Mykonos, but I was expecting a bit more care and attention from an hotel like this.

Stay of a lifetime, I loved every second. Perfectly trained staff, absolutely divine luxurious room and the view - overwhelming beautiful 😍 the vibe is rich and pretentious but I was expecting that so it didn’t bother me. I will definitely be back one day (when I can afford it) :)

Unfortunately the hotel has little to no value for money. The view is amazing and the room was big, clean and all great; and that’s the only reason why I’m not giving this 1 star. The hotel is incredibly overpriced for what you get. A bottle of water is 5€… and water is not drinkable in Mykonos. Our jacuzzi in the room was half broken and the water had red bio film coming from the never cleaned pipes. The hotel is located about 30 mins ride from the city where you’ll have to go unless you want to spend 100€+ every meal. The bus driver is going to pick up his friends along the way so enjoy waiting for them. Oh, and the rides have some really weird times so you’ll have to leave either at 2pm or 6:30pm. The staff is all fake smiles and fake help. You’ll have to repeat the same thing multiple times to multiple people because apparently they don’t have any kind of database or they simply forget. Music will blast until late night from the pool. Also it’s very loud in the pool area so enjoy not speaking to your friends/partner. Also the very expensive restaurant has little to no allergens noted in the menu, same with the breakfast. If you have allergies be very careful and ask! Overall, incredibly disappointed. I would definitely suggest booking a hotel in the centre of the city. This is not worth your money.

My clients LOVED this resort.She said, "It was nice having a Beach Club on site versus paying for one, especially with questionable weather. The pool was amazing & so was the service & food. The bathroom didn’t have a door so if you’re not a couple that may be an issue. The beds were comfy. The hotel spa was amazing. I found the pricing to be less expensive than Chicago. The gym is small if that’s a priority for you, had mostly cardio equipment. Hotel breakfast was buffet style, many options to choose from but may get old if you’re staying for a week.We will absolutely be going back. The property is stunning. I couldn’t believe it was almost 10 years old. Looks like it just opened for the season. With the decor, they were light years ahead on it. It would be like CB2 & West Elm marrying & having a baby named Anthropologie. Super instagrammable, no detail was spared. Everyone at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. Kostas the GM was just the nicest. Concierge was helpful in getting a dinner reservation that we couldn’t book ourselves."Excited to have an amazing place to recommend to future clients!
