“Unbeatable located in the heart of the business district of Santiago de Chile, NH Collection offers clean, nice, comfortable rooms, good breakfast ,and spacious halls to spend some time chatting or working. Due to covid19 restrictions, gym is closed (October 2021), but the pool is an option, previously booke, since's only allowing a max of 4 guess simultaneously.”

“I work for the NH hotel, so I’ve stayed at a lot of them all around the world. This one has the worst costumer service from all of them. The hotel itself is really nice, but the employees are not helpful and they seem like they only care about the business travellers. The restaurant doesn’t have good choices either. I definitely do not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.”
