Café da manhã de boa qualidade e boa escolhaEmbora os quartos sejam limpos, eles precisam urgentemente de uma atualização. Alguns danos e no meu caso um cabo de extensão estranho na sala.O que me impressionou é que o interruptor de luz do banheiro fica perto da porta do quarto. Desajeitado e apenas estranho ... “The room was big, clean and with everything that you need - even a smart TV with few international channels. We even asked for extra pillows and we got them immediately. The king-size bed was perfect and the room was quiet, you could not hear anything from the hall (like often happens in hotels). The breakfast was totally corona-proof and with different options: even vegan or gluten free. There was a nice lady that was there for you in case you needed anything. The staff in general was extremely nice and friendly. We had the superior room so I can not tell you if the standard room is of the same quality but all in all it is a good quality hotel for a stay in Mechelen. In the previous reviews I read a lot about the hotel being "old" but I would rather say it has a special atmosphere and warmth and I am sure you would not regret it. Once in Mechelen: visit the brewery Het Anker (Gouden Carolus beers) - they have an amazing tour guide and a brasserie as well where you can have extremely good food!”
