“Very nice hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. As the hotel is located in the suburbs it would take about an hour to commute back into central Berlin however the transport is so accessible I wouldn't say this is a downfall. Köpenick is a gorgeous area so there is plenty to explore without going into the city. The service was very slow in the hotel and as it was table service only, this caused us to have waits of 30/40 mins after ordering drinks/food from the bar. The residents bar also closed at 12 midnight which wasn't ideal. Overall I think the hotel is slightly overpriced but I would imagine the price is also based on the fact that it's right on the waters edge.”

“Guys, this is a wonderful hotel! I would like to express my deep gratitude for providing housing for Ukrainians. You handed us! Thanks again! Staff at the level, speak English, German. Kind and nice people. Breakfasts are served as a buffet, where you can choose what you want to eat - it's very cool. The room is modern, large and comfortable. Cleaning came in the morning, cleaned our rooms to a shine. Very nice and outside the hotel - the pier, and 50 meters - a nice park. In general, we were very pleased! You are amazing, thank you :)”
