“Everything from start to finish was unexpected, and not in a good way. The hotel smelled like mildew and looked liked like a scene from an old scary movie. The room was a good size, but that is the only good thing I have to say. Guests in the room next to us were smoking, the locks didn't close all the way, the AC didn't work and neither did the electic outlets.”

“Hotel bem localizado, a poucos minutos da lincoln road. Reclamei do pobre e mal feito café da manhã, sem pão de qualidade nem ovos mexidos bem feitos. O ar condicionado no quarto era muito barulhento e incomodava imenso. A isolação acústica era péssima e escutava se tudo o que se passava nos quartos vizinhos, do lado e de cima!As minhas reclamações não eram nenhuma novidade para os responsáveis na gerência do Hotel. Estranhei que em vez de soluções apresentavam......... explicações. Recomendo muito cuidado no check-in para escolherem bem o quarto .”
