“Not so friendly front desk personnel, many mistakes in the room assignment, not so accurate in the checkout account elaboration. Too messy and uncomfortable check-in. Accommodations are good enough but not a five stars at all. It seems. To be clean but somehow... have a bad feeling on that looking to the guys in charge of the cleaning. They are not well presented and they have no cleaning products on his hands at all.”
