Não se deixe enganar pelas fotos… este é um hotel muito antigo que precisa desesperadamente de atualização. O mínimo foi atualizado, mas por cerca de US $ 400,00 por noite, espero que o ar-condicionado do quarto funcione corretamente. Eu também esperava que o chuveiro drenasse corretamente. Nada aconchegante ou confortável sobre este hotel.

Fui a um casamento lá e foi um caos total. O planejador do casamento tinha bons planos, mas era péssimo na execução. Casamento para 75 pessoas e 1 bar pequeno com apenas 1 bar servindo cerveja quente. Nenhum anúncio foi feito para deixar o convidado saber o que estava acontecendo. Se você estivesse na sala, você poderia vê-lo, mas se você estivesse do lado de fora, não fazia ideia de que algo estava acontecendo. Foi apenas uma bagunça total. A comida estava fria e mal cozida também com pequenas porções. Eu aconselho a não ter seus casamentos aqui.

Ótimo lugar para ficar se você planeja explorar a área de Finger Lakes. A uma curta distância de muitos ótimos restaurantes em Genebra, e a uma curta distância de muitas grandes vinícolas. O restaurante no local foi surpreendentemente bom também! E há uma sorveteria a uma curta distância que serve ótimos milkshakes e sorvetes de vinho! Planejando visitar novamente!

Don’t let the pictures fool you… this is a very old hotel that desperately needs updating. The bare minimum was updated but for around $400.00 a night I expect room air conditioning to work properly. I also expected the shower to drain properly. Nothing cozy or comfortable about this hotel.

I went to a wedding there and it was total chaos.The wedding planner had good plans but was terrible at execution.75 person wedding and 1 small bar with only 1 bar tender serving warm beer.No announcements were made to let the guest know what was going on.If you were in the room you got to see it but if you were outside then you had no idea that something was going on. It was just a total mess.The food was cold and improperly cooked also with small portions. I advise not to have your weddings here.

Great place to stay if you are planning on exploring the Finger Lakes area. Within walking distance of many great restaurants in Geneva, and a short drive away from many great wineries. The on site restaurant was surprisingly good as well! And there is an ice cream shop within walking distance that serves great milkshakes and wine ice cream! Planning on visiting again!

Reservamos para o fim de semana do Ironman e isso hotel foi o mais próximo e melhor localização para o local. Os funcionários foram todos super simpáticos e eu teve a melhor noite de sono no confortável rei cama. No lado negativo, o ralo do chuveiro não drenar corretamente, o termostato não funcionou e a temperatura estava em todo o lugar fim de semana e o freezer na mini geladeira precisava ser descongelado. Teve uma boa estadia apesar destes poucos problemas, mas o custo para a nossa estadia de 2 noites foi muito caro!!!!

Depois de ler os comentários, eu não tinha certeza de ficar aqui, mas reservei de qualquer maneira. Eu encontrei-me bastante desapontado com este hotel. Eu vim aqui de férias para os lagos dos dedos com meu namorado e não ficaria neste hotel novamente, apesar de estar diretamente na água. Eu não diria que o quarto estava impecável, mas também não fiquei horrorizado com isso. Tivemos que consertar as prateleiras na geladeira, pois as prateleiras estavam todas fora dos trilhos e tivemos que aparafusar o ralo da pia de volta no lugar. Como tínhamos um quarto standard, não tínhamos a opção online de escolher um quarto com vista para o lago, então acabamos com um quarto de frente para o estacionamento e a construção que estava ocorrendo na estrada principal. A pressão da água no chuveiro era forte, e o chuveiro em si era bom. Quem projetou o layout do banheiro deve conseguir um novo emprego, pois há muito pouco espaço de manobra sem que a porta esteja completamente fechada ou contra o chuveiro. A piscina "natação" era uma pequena piscina "refrigerante" de 3'10" de profundidade que estava cheia de cuspe flutuante ou Deus sabe o quê. O restaurante do hotel era estupidamente caro; jantamos uma vez e foi muito bom, mas depois o café da manhã que tomamos na manhã seguinte era extremamente carente. O hotel anuncia café da manhã, mas não é complementar. O café no quarto e no restaurante tinha um gosto horrível. After reading the reviews, I was unsure of staying here but booked anyways. I found myself to be quite underwhelmed with this hotel. I came here on vacation to the finger lakes with my boyfriend and would not stay at this hotel again, despite it being directly on the water. I would not say that the room was spotless but I wasn't horrified by it either. We had to fix the shelving in the fridge as the shelves were all off the tracks and we had to screw the sink drain back into place. Since we got a standard room, we did not have the option online to choose a lake view room, so we ended up with a room facing the parking lot and the construction that was taking place on the main road. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the shower itself was nice. Whoever designed the layout of the bathroom should get a new job though as there is extremely little maneuvering room without the door being completely shut or right up against the shower. The "swimming" pool was a tiny, 3'10" deep "cooling" pool that was full of floating spit or god knows what. The hotel's restaurant was stupidly expensive; we had dinner once and it was pretty good, but then the breakfast we had the next morning was extremely lacking. The hotel advertises breakfast, but it is not complementary. The coffee both in the room and the restaurant tasted awful. However, the front desk people were very nice and I did not feel as though we waited long to be helped. The ice cream and kayak rental building was within walking distance and served great ice cream. Overall, I do not feel as though it was worth the money to stay here.

We booked in for Ironman weekend and this hotel was the closest and best location to the venue. The staff were all super friendly and I had the best night sleep in the comfy king bed. On the downside, the shower drain didn't drain properly, the thermostat didn't work and the temperature was all over the place all weekend and the freezer in the mini fridge needed to be defrosted. Had a good stay despite these few issues but the cost for our 2 night stay was WAY too expensive!!!!

Service was probably really good, didn't need anything. The young lady at the front desk was awesome! Very helpful, she was busy checking in a wedding party and found time to get us booked. Really liked the town, park somewhere and walked visiting sites of local businesses, had a drink at the Twisted rail... must check it out

Esperava mais. Bastante decepcionado. Check-in demorou muito devido a apenas um funcionário na recepção. O quarto era grande e tem uma excelente vista para o lago. Was hoping for more. Quite disappointed. Check in took forever due to only one employee at the desk. The room was big and has a great view of the lake. There were no extra blankets, only two hand towels and two wash cloths, no bath towels. With the cost of the room I would expect these to be there. The king bed was hard and low to the ground. It appears they are pretending to be a 5 star hotel but are missing the mark.

El personal fue increíblemente amable, todos tenían actitudes tan positivas. La habitación estaba limpia y muy acogedora. Disfruté de mi estadía aquí hasta ahora que tienen todo lo que necesitas en caso de que te quedes atrapado por una tormenta de nieve. Lo que me parece increíble es que el personal que vi afuera limpió los autos de los huéspedes debido a la tormenta menor que tuvimos. También tienen un bar/restaurante asomaron en muy agradable. Este es un lugar que disfrutará y se sentirá seguro.

The staff was incredibly friendly all had such positive attitudes. The room was clean and very cozy. I enjoyed my stay here so far they have everything you need just in case you are stuck in from a snow storm. What I find amazing that the staff I seen outside clean guest cars due the minor storm we had. They also have a bar/ restaurant peeked in very nice. This is a place you will enjoy and feel safe.
