“The service was wonderful. From room service to housekeeping. The room was large and had a spacious balcony and dressing area. The beach area was nice and quiet. They serve free mini smoothies and ice pops during the day. Shout out to Raoul and Resto from the beach area who made sure we were pleased with the service. The hotel has 2 pools one was adults only and one for families. The water temperature was so refreshing specially after a swim in the hot sea. We will definitely consider staying at Waldorf Astoria the palm next time we are in Dubai.”

“We spent an afternoon here at the pool and were able to get loungers, towels and bottle water quickly (and every set of loungers had its own umbrella). Food and drinks were good/fresh too and didn’t take too long to arrive. Beach was very close and convenient. Overall we had a relaxing time at the pool. Also shout out to Dennis and Thomas for great service!”
