Hotel situado em uma ótima localização, perto da praia. A equipe foi brilhante e muito amigável. A equipe de entretenimento não parou e você não se sentiu pressionado a participar das coisas. Quartos muito limpos e espaçosos. A comida era variada e sempre quente. Além disso lanches disponíveis no bar da piscina se você gostou de um pouco mais leve para comer na hora do almoço. Bebidas nunca foram medidas e foram sempre apreciados !! Surpresa adorável em nosso aniversário de casamento, uma garrafa de fizz rosa e chocolates. Definitivamente voltaremos a este hotel. Tracey

One day into my vacation here and so far I am pretty disappointed. I chose this hotel over another good hotel on the island because I thought it would be better but I definitely made a mistake and it was not worth the money. Our check in took 4 hours, we got here at 11 after a long day of flying and we were exhausted, and I understand if we’d have to wait until the last people checked out but check out is at 12 and we couldn’t get a room until 3PM, even though we were the only ones sitting around in the lobby, I think we should’ve been prioritized a little bit. The spa in the building next door is just okay, needs to be cleaner and all the showers are freezing cold. I had to clean the hot tub/jacuzzi in our room when we finally got checked in because it was dirty and had hair in it. The jacuzzi is actually outside on the patio and is right next to another rooms patio so it’s not that private. The room is super hot even though I’ve had the a/c on all night. There’s no room service and the minibar doesn’t include anything at all with the all inclusive. All inclusive gives you access to about half the cocktails on the drinks menu and the other half you still have to pay for. The food here is less than average, dry and flavourless even though there’s a lot of options to choose from there’s almost nothing good. Definitely the worst buffet I’ve ever had, I am not a picky eater but this food has no flavour, a lot of the fruit is expired and doesn’t taste good and hot food tastes like there’s no salt at all in it. For dinner I found one good meat and some rice everything else tasted so bland. The bed is comfy in the room, we met one nice bartender at the pool bar but all the other hotel staff we’ve dealt with hasn’t been very helpful, I noticed they’re all very nice to the elderly people and then they become just rude towards us not sure if it’s because I’m younger or why, but they were giving everyone else maps but to us they didn’t even explain how to get around the hotel so I had to come back and ask for that info. Overall this hasn’t been very relaxing so far and I wish I didn’t pay all the extra money to stay in the best room, I have a feeling the other hotel I was looking at would’ve been better than this one for less money. I am going to see how today goes but I think if I find another hotel we can stay at I would like to check out of this one early. We don’t take time off very often so it would be nice to enjoy this time instead of being uncomfortable. We ended up getting a free dinner which was good but I wish they would’ve offered us better food to begin with.

After reading the hotel reviews, we are looking forward to staying at your hotel in Oct. We have booked a Twin Room with balcony or terrace, and we are wondering if tea and coffee making facilites are in the room, as it didn't say so online. Thank you.

El mes de mayo tenía una reserva y no pude disfrutarla por estar el hotel cerrado. Después de haber reclamadoy pedido la devolución del importe pagado a día de hoy el hotel no ha dado respuesta.Semanas antes de la fecha de la reserva hable con barcelo y me aseguraron que no había problema con la devolución si llegado el día de esta reserva el hotel continuaba cerrado. Como digo a día de hoy todavía no tengo respuesta del hotel.

Thinking of visiting Fuerteventura then look no further than the Barcelo Thalasso Hotel. A quality hotel, super accommodation, good food and lovely staff. Catering for all ages, the evening entertainment is very good indeed.

Bem localizado complexo com piscinas agradáveis. Tudo é muito bem mantido, para uma clientela maioritariamente idosa. Existem, no entanto, algumas famílias que participam no entretenimento em torno da 2ª piscina, o que deixa a outra um pouco mais calma. O hotel não é insonorizado o suficiente para evitar os ruídos dos clientes desrespeitosos dos outros (ruído das portas, batendo portas de correr do guarda-roupa, crianças gritando ...). A desvantagem real seria a comida que é variada, mas certamente repetitiva e de qualidade média. Os pratos são bastante pesados, muito no molho, mas devem satisfazer a clientela inglesa ... Como regra geral, este é um lugar decente que irá apelar para quem gosta de descansar ao redor da piscina em uma das muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. 12 meses 28 meses viajei com dois filhos. Eu fui para a meia pensão de manhã e à noite, mas a comida era satisfatória e as instalações para as crianças eram boas também ^^ Eu também tenho massagens, mas a pressão não foi tão boa porque eu era fraco ... ^^; Eu pedi uma massagem, então eu preciso relaxar, eu tenho que pedir um massageador de corpo inteiro.O hotel lobby foi refrescante e a passarela em frente ao hotel também foi bem organizadas. Primeiro de tudo, posso usar mangas curtas no tempo de março ... Eu moro em um lugar frio e viajo para um lugar quente.

Fuerteventura - junho Apesar do vento mais forte que o esperado, a temperatura mais baixa do que o normal ... e as nuvens sempre presentes ... as nossas férias continuaram fantásticas graças ao excelente hotel Barceló Fuerteventura que nos mimaram do primeiro ao último dia e que, também pela localização perfeita à beira-mar, nos permitiu desfrutar melhor. primeiras férias em Fuerteventura.

Eu fiquei neste hotel para a véspera de Ano Novo de 2019, foi uma experiência muito agradável. Tudo é muito limpo e arrumado, quartos espaçosos com uma grande varanda mobilada com poltronas e uma pequena mesa. Cama maravilhosa, gigante e muito confortável! Spas não são nada de especial, mas eu te dou o relaxamento que você precisa. Quanto às massagens em vez disso, nada a dizer ... muito bom! O pessoal do hotel é muito gentil e está sempre disponível. Para nós italianos a única falha é a cozinha ... ampla escolha mas todos os dias o mesmo menu ... apenas mudou o peixe ou carnes grelhadas que ainda eram muito bons. Eu recomendo este hotel porque eu me encontrei muito bem, muito bom as lojas e a vila ao redor, existem muitos bares, restaurantes e até supermercados. A praia é grande o suficiente, mar limpo. A posição do hotel é muito bonita porque com uma caminhada de poucos minutos ao longo do percurso pedonal e de ciclismo pode chegar a praias muito mais bonitas, e até a um centro comercial.

Genial para desconectar. Las instalaciones estupendas. No te hará falta salir del hotel, lo tienes todo. Una playa estupenda con agua turquesa, piscinas muy comodas y grandes, una de ellas esta climatizada. El complejo es muy grande y hay mucha gente, pero no da sensación de masificado. La oferta gastronomica es un poco limitada, pero correcto. Calidad precio muy bien en general. El servicio muy amable, aunque poco profesional, pero correcto por lo pagado. Si fuera mejor, seria mas caro, entiendo. Complejo muy recomendable para familias. Las habitaciones del bloque 3 están reformadas de no hará mucho y son amplias y comodas. Las nuestras eran dos habitaciones familiares comunicadas, con unas vistas excelentes a la playa y al mar. El todo incluido vale la pena! Es muy correcto.

This is a fantastic hotel for a family holiday! Having just returned from an October half-term holiday here (apparently the best time to visit the island), I can't speak highly enough about it.The hotel is kept clean and tidy all day and night, has two lovely swimming pools and a paddling pool as well as sports facilities that include a gym, tennis, basketball and racketball courts, and a crazy golf course.The catering is very good indeed and the entertainment staff are amazing! Definitely worth a trip!

Great hotel.Lovely surroundings Animation team brilliant constant entertainment if you want it but they dont badger you if you just want to sit and do nothing. Lots of drinks available on all inclusive. Great pool space and you dont have to fight for sunbeds. Rooms are a good size with large beds and nice balcony space.

Lovely hotel Two pools one cold one warm. Very friendly. All rooms are really good. Staff are great. Very pleasant walks all on the flat. Weather was great for February. 21° + Every day. Food good. Snack bar good. Been there five years running. Kids club . Entertainment every evening.

When we arrived we waited an hour for check in but the staff made us feel welcome and there was drinks available. Once in our roo. It was worth the wait the room was beautiful and spacious we had a standard room and it had a bath and shower the beds were comfy with plenty of pillows the room was clean and the standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout the week with fresh towels and sheets everyday. The bar area was close and very well kept and the spirits were branded there was a menu that made it clear what you could have on half board and all inclusive. The pool was lovely one heated and one not however it was salt water. The food was ok a bit samey but overall lots of choice. There is plenty for kids to do even a crazy golf. Its close to all shops and bars and the harbour is a nice 10 min walk away. Overall it was beautiful.

Hotel set in a great location, close to the beach. Staff were brilliant and very friendly.Entertainment team didn't stop and you didn't feel pressured to join in with things. Rooms very clean and spacious. Food was varied and always hot. Plus snacks available at the pool bar if you fancied a lighter bite to eat at lunchtime. Drinks were never measured and were always enjoyed!! Lovely surprise on our wedding anniversary, a bottle of pink fizz and chocolates. Will definitely go back to this hotel. Tracey

Fuimos en octubre y estuvo genial!! Un gran acierto para ir en pareja a un hotel que lo tiene todo!! El personal nos ayudó muchísimo cuando tuvimos muchos problemas con la empresa de envíos MRW al enviar un teléfono que se nos estropeó y teníamos que enviarlo a la península. Had a great week here in May, hotel is a stones throw from the beach. Plenty of sun beds, staff always on available to serve drinks. You can pay for all inclusive when you get to the hotel on a pay as you go basis. Plenty of things for kids to do and a decent shop within the hotel.
