“Un hotel muy cómodo. Tiene unas vistas increíbles a los acantilados de los gigantes. Preciosas puestas de sol desde la terraza (habitacion doble vista mar). El personal muy amable (restaurante, bar, limpieza...), las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y tiene una calidad al nivel de un hotel del grupo Barcelo. Dispone de 3 piscinas de adultos,1 piscina de niños y 1 jacuzzi, gimnasio, miniclub, bar piscina,restaurante y animación con un equipo fantástico (Juan Carlos y Nelly ahora mismo y la anterior vez que estuvimos estaba Isa que también es muy buena animadora).Puede consultarse el menú, los horarios de las actividades, pedir amenities y todo lo que necesites por la aplicación.Lo único negativo fueron algunos clientes que venían en grupo y no respetaron las medidas establecidas por el hotel de protección ante la COVID (se quitaban la mascarilla a pesar de que el personal insistía en que era obligatoria). Tambiénalguna noche algún cliente hizo ruido con cristales y fiesta en terraza de habitaciones próximas, pero los responsables del hotel pusieron remedio de forma rápida.”

“Overall, a very pleasant experience, even in times of COVID19. The food was great, room service on point. However, there are a few things that would make our stay even better: (1) It would be amazing if every guest was able to receive a face mask. This shouldn't be that costly for the hotel, and would for sure be appreciated (many people do not realize that on Tenerife you have to almost always wear a mask, even on fresh air, so the quality of their masks is often not ideal for such hot weather) (2) I think it would be a nice feature to be able to use the beds near pools as a part of the all-inclusive experience. The whole point of all-inclusive is that the guests do not need to think whether stuff is worth it or not :) (3) We were unable to order tea during lunch or dinner, which we usually like to do. (4) Our balcony door lock was broken. It's small enough thing to ask for a repair, but big enough to feel unsafe while leaving the room (our neighbors could just walk into our apartment from the balcony). I think it would be great if, as a part of cleaning the room before the next guest, the lock was checked. (5) I know that it might be very hard to change this, but for us, the bed was much too soft. Anyway, thank you very much for your service! :)”
