“Well situated, room modern and nice. The view is amazing. The rooftop nice. Service of cleaning was done perfectly. Just the furniture look used and bit old also the fridge was not clean and had stains inside. We appreciated the tea bags and coffee. Thanks”

Bem situado, quarto moderno e agradável. A vista é incrível. O telhado é bom. O serviço de limpeza foi feito com perfeição. Apenas a mobília parecia usada e um pouco velha também a geladeira não estava limpa e tinha manchas dentro. Apreciamos os sacos de chá e café. obrigado

Ayer estuvimos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi madre. Cenamos en el restaurante 270° fueron muy atentos, la comida buenísima, tanto los entrantes como primer plato, y el postre un sorpresa. Que amabilidad y atención... Las vistas una delicia, una noche fantástica para no olvidar.

Les cuento mi experiencia... soy un poco critico pero lo hago con intenciÓn de informar ... 1- hotel de 4* , me dieron una suite de las "buenas" y todo genial aunque los detalles son los que deberian marcar la diferencia.. pues bien el agua caliente tardaba bastante en salir ... una vez salia , otra vez me toco llamar por la noche porque no iba... 2- la baÑera tenia el esmalte saltado en 4 sitios diferentes y no estaba bien lavada...( en estos tiempos es importante la limpieza) 3-ventanas gigantes pero sucias !!! y encima no se podia abrir ni dos dedos ! 4-el mobiliario era modernillo pero un poco tocado en plan rayajos y golpes muy visibles... 5- la atencion en la terraza bar podria ser mejor ... la camarera una morena un poco antipatica ya que remarcÓ varias veces que hay que ser cliente para la piscina , cosa que ni me pregunto si lo era , obvio que lo era no ? que haria ahy si no ? 6- me hicieron bajar a recepcion a las 00:00 a coger una sabana yo mismo... 7- los pasillos de las escaleras de emergencia en todo el hotel les hace falta una buena pintada...me dejo algun detallito ... pero en general bien , no volveria porque pague casi 100 euros por una noche y son demasiados detalles para un hotel 4* que fui capaz de ver en un dia.. y no voy con esa intencion , solo me encuentro en esa situacion y me llama la atencion ...

Barceló nunca defrauda. La habitación con vistas a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias es espectacular, vistas de postal. Habitación muy grande, cama king size, baño amplio. Todo muy cómodo. La piscina pequeña pero con buenas vistas y numerosas hamacas para tomar el sol. Desayuno en fin de semana variado y rico. Entre semana un poco más escaso pero merece la pena.Todo el personal muy amable.Situado en buena zona con restaurantes y bus en la puerta que te lleva tanto a la playa como al centro de la ciudad. Único punto negativo: el bar de la azotea tiene mucha afluencia de gente externa al hotel y a ciertas horas los ascensores están siempre llenos. Deberían habilitar un ascensor exclusivamente para el bar y otro para los clientes, de forma que se eviten esperas

The views are amazing but unfortunately the service is not great, nobody showed us seats, we found seats ourselves and waited for about 10min, nobody came to ask us if we were ok or if we were ready to order, we just wanted to have coffee and beers and we eventually left and went to a local coffee shop nearby downstairs, while the views are amazing here do not go for the service, can't comment on quality of drinks as I wasn't served any.

The hotel is very good, modern and clean, even if some details are out of place. Empty minibar and having to pay for a bottle of water seems a bit unpleasant for a hotel of this quality. Nice terrace, with skybar and a small but nice pool.

One of the best hotels I have been in that range of prices. The breakfast was amazing. The room services very good. The hotel is very well maintained and equipped. The location, even it is not in the city center, for me is amazing. Just close to the city of the culture, and quite close from the beach with very good connections bumy bus or taxi. There is a taxi stop just in the door of the hotel. The terrace bar in the roof and the staff there was amazing. I will repeat for sure.

I can’t say this particular hotel actually made my experience in Valencia great, but it sure helped a lot. The staff was very welcoming and helped us in deciding what to do in Valencia. Roberto at the front desk was hilarious, warm and very informative to us. The man knows how to talk to people. Make sure you go to the bar at the top floor. The views from there are gorgeous, especially at night. There we met the bartender Andres. Even though we’re not heavy drinkers, my wife and I spent time there talking to him and enjoying his company. Same thing, hilarious, warm and informative. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathtub is too high for my taste. I can see that being a problem for older people. That’s actually the only negative I can find. Great location. Busses stop right at the front of the hotel.
