Estou muito feliz por ter descoberto este hotel 5 estrelas!Tivemos um grande momento. Os quartos são muito capciosos e muito agradáveis.Piscina e bar aquático.A comida do restaurante era muito boa e variada. Muitas especialidades marroquinas no buffet.

Lovely hotel, some staff were amazing others not so much. Beautiful rooms, lovely pools. Not a massive variety of food, but the panini bar is great for pizza chips panini or sandwiches, the burger is a no go for me.

Its realy perfect Time in this hôtel bé live .. i met a lot of good people .. specialy thé staff they are so friendly and making good job ( good food even IS hard nos cause a lot of people but they tried to make everythings possible and easy for us ) thé animation team they are Always happy and fantastic with us ( thé rooms are clean Always they Come for clean it .

I stayed here last summer (end of june), honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, the site is very new, perfect for a relaxing and romantic get aways. The staff were exceptional and always on hand to help. My girlfriend called ahead due to it being my birthday and asked for a cake and balloons to be put in the room before, for a small fee they really did go above and beyond. They provide a free shuttle bus into the city centre which is completley worth doing. The spa experience on site was very good and both my girlfriend and I enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Evening entertainment is different each night and all inclusive drinks keep flowing. We also took a trip to Nikki beach and the staff were very helpful in booking taxis and giving advise. The younger staff that organised day time entertainment, archery, pool yoga and exercises classes etc. were very enthusiastic, friendly and made an effort to keep you happy. Food buffet and bar food was very nice and had something for everyone, even fussy eaters! Overall I would go back to this hotel based on my last experience thank you Be Live Collection Marrakech!

Não foi excelente porque paguei três noites num hotel de 5 estrelas Be live collection e quando cheguei não tinham quarto desponivel, fui para outro hotel de 4 estrelas da mesma cadeia Lamentável

Pongo un 5 estrellas porque: - La habitación swim up muy bonita, cómoda y muy limpia. - Amabilidad del personal. - comida buena y snack bar muy socorrido por si llegas tarde de alguna visita. - transporte al centro Lo siguiente lo comento por si puede ayudar a mejorar y considero que son lógicas, como puede ser más bebida en el minibar (refrescos) y alguna alternativa más en la comida. Deseando volver y no será muy tarde.

Muy contentos con el servicio y la atención. Todo muy limpio y se come muy bien. Tiene un bufete con mezclas europeas y marroquíes. Todos los días hay cosas nuevas. También tienen un snack bar por si vas de turismo y no llegas a tiempo. Bus gratuito al centro y al aeropuerto.

Lo recomiendo tiene buenas habitaciones y dos bonitas piscinas con jardines y terrazas en medio palmeral medio desiértico. Fue una buena experiencia la semana que pase allí, pero hay cosas que mejorar: el buffett acaba siendo muy repetitivo después de unos días y tiene poco personal, que se ve superado con horarios punta y la peor de todas es que en la recepción no hablan castellano, cosa que para la gente mayor y no tanto es bastante molesto en un 5 estrellas. Mencionar a Younes, un chico que esta al lado de la entrada de recepción y organiza excursiones y demás...,es una persona encantadora y servicial y un gran profesional. Además, te ayudará con cualquier necesidad o duda que tengas de tu estancia en Marrakech. No entiendo como alguien tan cualificado está en ese puesto tan bajo, hace mejor su trabajo que cualquiera de los recepcionistas o encargados con los que yo trate.

An unbelievable place with some of the best service I have ever experienced. Look out for El Bashir in the buffet restaurant and Sara at the snack bar next to the main pool - they offered exemplary service with the biggest smiles and most personable service - amazing. Fantastic.

Stunning. Secretly fabulous to be adults only as feels so much more special. Gorgeous surroundings and large rooms with a bath and separate shower. I will definitely visit again.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks including Christmas and New Year . Would have to say the staff are fantastic. Rooms are absolutely spotless and the grounds are fabulous. We had a great time on New Years Eve at the party in the hotel . Would defenetly recommend the hotel! Thanks to all the staff for a fab holiday.

Stayed for a few days in September (still scorching hot, temps of over 35c). Friendly (but not pushy) staff across the site, two great pools that weren’t too busy... Food was decent; pizza and pasta for those of us who are fussy, and lots of ice cream. Free alcoholic drinks all day, and a generally chilled out place. We didn’t need to leave the site all the time we were there, as there was so much to do. Would recommend.
