“The majority of the staff was great. The restaurant and lounge staff were wonderful. My issues started when the hotel tried to charge me for pets in the room, but could not provide me with any proof. I offered my own proof that contradicted the possibility of pets being in my room. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee but eventually refunded it when I complained again. I will not be staying here again! Pet owners beware as they may try to charge you an extra cleaning fee if they find any pet hair!”

“This place was superb! We stayed in the premier suite with Jacuzzi. The king bed was super nice sleep clean linens, soft with multiple pillows on a platform, large tv and fireplace, huge room. Stand up shower with jets! The price was great for this type of room. The front desk ladies were amazing! They showed up unexpectedly to the room
with cheesecake since it was my birthday. So appreciated. The hot tub in the fitness centre stays open til 11pm so we went at 10pm and no one was there so we turned the lights off and it was a nice way to end the day. The signature $10 breakfast was top notch. 2eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns plus tea or coffee included. Would def recommend!”
