“Very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was great. Received a free drink during happy hour. Great grab and go breakfast bag was appreciated because I had an early train to catch.”

“Hotel is on the heart of Herald Square area. A little loud if you stay on a lower floor. Service was exceptional. Hotel room was clean, but small. Easy to get to subway a block away. Free coffee and breakfast was nice too. We asked for a late checkout and were accomodated. We also arrived at 12:45 and were able to check in early. Again, excellent service!”
