“Me encantó que el día que llegué había chocolates y una nota manuscrita personalizada en Español en el escritorio. Las luces tenues y la música fue un excelente detalle. No obstante, el aire acondicionado no tenía la opción de calefacción y tuve un poco de frío. Esperaba encontrar una manta en el closet, pero no había. A las 8am, hora en que el comedor está más concurrido para desayunar, podrían ser más rápidos para reponer platos y cubiertos. Varias veces me senté en una mesa con platos y restos de comida del comensal anterior. Por lo demás, es un excelente hotel, cama cómoda, buen desayuno, personal muy amable, instalaciones limpias.”
