The apartments have everything you need for a good stay. Kettles, toasters and a fully functioning kitchen. The breakfast at the hotel is also pretty good. The main downside here is it is not on the beach. They have a shuttle boat during the day but it's quite a walk to go at night for a sundowner on the beach. I think the price reflects the fact it's off the beach. They do have loungers on the beach that you can use during the day. Os apartamentos têm tudo que você precisa para uma boa estadia. Chaleiras, torradeiras e uma cozinha totalmente funcional. O café da manhã do hotel também é muito bom. A principal desvantagem aqui é que não é na praia. Eles têm um barco de transporte durante o dia, mas é uma caminhada e tanto ir à noite para um pôr-do-sol na praia. Acho que o preço reflete o fato de estar fora da praia. Eles têm espreguiçadeiras na praia que você pode usar durante o dia.

Hervidores, tostadoras y una cocina en pleno funcionamiento. El desayuno en el hotel también es bastante bueno. El principal inconveniente aquí es que no está en la playa. Tienen un barco de transporte durante el día, pero es un buen paseo para ir por la noche a tomar el sol en la playa. Creo que el precio refleja el hecho de que está fuera de la playa. Tienen tumbonas en la playa que puedes usar durante el día.

Great location near a small lagoon. Connected to a bigger lagoon in the Laguna Puket area. The rooms The were nice and they have a nice breakfast spread that's included in the hotel rate. The hotel hallways going to the bedrooms are depressing. But the rooms are nice. Stayed in cassia . The middle of the building has a big open areawhere you can see the buffet area from the floors above it. That part of the hallways look nice. Nice swimming pool in the back. Plus this resort has a shuttle boat to take you to the beach or other Laguna Hotels. Ótima localização perto de uma pequena lagoa. Conectado a uma lagoa maior na área de Laguna Puket. Os quartos O foram nice e eles têm um bom café-da-manhã que está incluído na tarifa do hotel. Os corredores do hotel que vão para os quartos são deprimentes. Mas os quartos são bons. Ficou em cássia. O meio do edifício tem uma grande área aberta onde você pode ver a área do buffet dos andares acima. Essa parte dos corredores parece legal. Boa piscina nos fundos. Além disso, este resort tem um barco de transporte para levá-lo à praia ou a outros hotéis de Laguna.

Plus this resort has a shuttle boat to take you to the beach or other Laguna Hotels. Excelente ubicación cerca de una pequeña laguna. Conectado a una laguna más grande en el área de Laguna Puket. Las habitaciones Eran agradables y tienen un buen desayuno que está incluido en la tarifa del hotel. Los pasillos del hotel que van a las habitaciones son deprimentes. Pero las habitaciones son bonitas. Me alojé en casia. El centro del edificio tiene una gran área abierta donde se puede ver el área de buffet desde los pisos superiores. Esa parte de los pasillos se ve bien. Bonita piscina en la parte de atrás. Además, este complejo cuenta con un servicio de transporte en barco para llevarlo a la playa oa otros hoteles Laguna.

Was fun the firs time.Many Long term Russian visitors that are hard to get to know.Used a booking site as their site is more expensive and they don't match.Pretty much full service here except for laundry.Resort Shuttles are working.Rides to Boat street. If you need to get to the beach just take the boat across the lagoon.All pretty chill.Stay of one month was quoted at 205,000 THB as the best they could do.1/2 that on a booking site. Foi divertido da primeira vez. Muitos visitantes russos de longo prazo que são difíceis de conhecer. Usou um site de reservas, pois o site é mais caro e não corresponde. Serviço praticamente completo aqui, exceto para lavanderia. Os ônibus do resort estão funcionando. Passeios para a rua Boat. Se você precisar ir até a praia, basta pegar o barco pela lagoa. Tudo bem tranquilo. A estadia de um mês foi cotada em 205.000 THB como o melhor que eles poderiam fazer. 1/2 isso em um site de reservas.

Fue divertido la primera vez. Muchos visitantes rusos a largo plazo que son difíciles de conocer. Usé un sitio de reserva ya que su sitio es más caro y no coinciden. Prácticamente servicio completo aquí a excepción de lavandería. Los traslados del complejo están funcionando. Paseos a la calle Boat. Si necesita llegar a la playa, simplemente tome el bote para cruzar la laguna. Todo bastante tranquilo. La estancia de un mes se calculó en 205 000 THB como lo mejor que podían hacer. 1/2 eso en un sitio de reserva.

Overall the experience was great. With one minor complaint. The gym is incredibly dirty with equipment that has mold growing on it, rust from sweat and no way to clean it off after your work out. The room was excellent with fast wifi, clean towels daily, trash taken daily, and space to cook for long stays. We loved staying here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. No geral a experiência foi ótima. Com uma reclamação menor. A academia está incrivelmente suja com equipamentos que têm mofo crescendo, ferrugem do suor e nenhuma maneira de limpá-la após o treino. O quarto era excelente com wifi rápido, toalhas limpas diariamente, lixo levado diariamente e espaço para cozinhar para estadias longas. Adoramos ficar aqui. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora.

Perfect place to stay in Phuket! The hotel has so many great facility such like gym, boxing class, pools and also a boat transfer to the other side which is close to the beach. The room is huge, clean and comfortable! Apparently food is moderate and no vegan options.While I am staying, there are 2 time of electricity cut off but not sure if its only happen on that day tho.Parking is available and safe. The area around the hotel perfect for jogging and there also a bunch of great restaurants in the area. Lugar perfeito para ficar em Phuket! O hotel tem muitas facilidades como academia, aula de boxe, piscinas e também um traslado de barco para o outro lado que fica perto da praia. O quarto é enorme, limpo e confortável! Aparentemente a comida é moderada e sem opções veganas.Enquanto estou hospedado, há 2 tempos de corte de eletricidade, mas não tenho certeza se isso só acontece naquele dia.O estacionamento está disponível e seguro. A área ao redor do hotel é perfeita para correr e também há vários ótimos restaurantes na área.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to everyone at Cassia for making out stay memorable. The rooms were great. Service was excellent. Lagoon & sea viewswere just awesome.Fastastic amenities with free shuttle boat to get you across the lagoon for a private area on Bang Tao beach with beach chairs.My only feedback for possible improvement would be to allow for Halal breakfast options for Muslim guests. We could only consume salad, bread or eggs, since most food dishes contain pork. Perhaps provide 1 or 2 chicken/beef alternatives.I will definitely return. Comemoramos o aniversário da minha esposa aqui e gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Muito obrigado a todos em Cassia para tornar a estadia memorável. Os quartos eram ótimos. O serviço foi excelente. Lagoa e vista para o mar foram simplesmente incríveis.Amenidades rápidas com transporte de barco gratuito para você atravessar a lagoa para uma área privativa na praia de Bang Tao com cadeiras de praia.Meu único feedback para uma possível melhoria seria permitir opções de café da manhã Halal para hóspedes muçulmanos. Só podíamos consumir salada, pão ou ovos, já que a maioria dos pratos contém carne de porco. Talvez forneça 1 ou 2 alternativas de frango/carne.Eu definitivamente voltarei.

El hotel tiene muchas instalaciones excelentes, como gimnasio, clases de boxeo, piscinas y también un traslado en bote al otro lado que está cerca de la playa. La habitación es enorme, limpia y cómoda! Aparentemente, la comida es moderada y no hay opciones veganas.Mientras me quedo, hay 2 cortes de electricidad, pero no estoy seguro de si solo sucede ese día.El estacionamiento está disponible y es seguro. El área alrededor del hotel es perfecta para correr y también hay un montón de excelentes restaurantes en el área.

En general, la experiencia fue excelente. Con una queja menor. El gimnasio está increíblemente sucio con equipos que tienen moho, óxido por el sudor y no hay forma de limpiarlo después de hacer ejercicio. La habitación era excelente con wifi rápido, toallas limpias todos los días, recolección de basura todos los días y espacio para cocinar para estadías prolongadas. Nos encantó quedarnos aquí. El personal era amable y servicial.

Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi esposa aquí y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias a todos en Cassia por hacer que su estadía sea memorable. Las habitaciones eran geniales. El servicio fue excelente. Las vistas a la laguna y al mar eran simplemente increíbles.Servicios Fastastic con servicio de transporte gratuito en barco para cruzar la laguna y acceder a un área privada en la playa de Bang Tao con sillas de playa.Mi único comentario para una posible mejora sería permitir opciones de desayuno Halal para huéspedes musulmanes. Solo podríamos consumir ensalada, pan o huevos, ya que la mayoría de platos contienen carne de cerdo. Tal vez proporcione 1 o 2 alternativas de pollo/carne de res.Definitivamente regresaré.

Decoration is so modern and fresh, bright and colourful. The little apartments are just perfect, with a little kitchen and extra bedroom. The whole hotel feels like really good value. A decoração é tão moderna e fresca, brilhante e colorida. Os pequenos apartamentos são perfeitos, com uma pequena cozinha e um quarto extra. Todo o hotel parece realmente bom valor.

Great hotel. Nicely designed, fantastic pool, and amazing location near Boat Avenue for lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of quirky design and features including pool tables, scooters available. Only marking it down for 2 things. No vegan options at all for breakfast except fruit so if you are plantbased I wouldn’t bother booking with breakfast and head outside to eat, or order in. Other thing is the very loud music blaring in restaurant and lobby. The volume is crazy. Lucky our room not in the main atrium part as sure it must carry up from restaurant.
