Está aí um hotel moderno. Muito bem localizado. Quarto muito pequeno mas com todo conforto possível, sendo todo controlado por um iPad. A parte comum é sensacional, muito bem decorada e enorme, em contraposição ao quarto, o que é muito cool. Wi-Fi ultra, ultra rápido. É um hotel com pegada ecológica e exemplo de como será o futuro.

Booked an overnight stay on a Sunday to enjoy a Matinee at the Theatre Royal and it was an amazing stay. We arrived and checked-in seamlessly using the sled check-in and headed up to our room. We paid a little extra for a Tower view (down as City Lights view on the website) and it was SO worth it. The room was small, but clean and they’ve made such good use of the space. The view was INCREDIBLE (added pictures). We used LoungeM, the bar on the rooftop and service was a little slow but it was a nice relaxing hour before we left to get ready for the show. The cocktails are quite good, too (added picture). As the hotel is above Tower Bridge tube station it’s so well positioned to get anywhere in London. There are a few people around later at night asking for money/food etc. but it didn’t feel unsafe as it’s such a short walk to the hotel door. We packed up the next day, used the self check-out option and we were al sorted! A lovely person offered to store our bags for us and they were really kind and helpful. Such a bargain hotel and absolutely will return!

Great trendy Hotel positioned conveniently right next to Tower Hill train station (exit station and turn right... look right... I nearly missed it)also faces Tower of London and the river Thames. Free WiFi, great seating areas for the occasional meetings

Lovely stay, huge bed! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would like to say a personal thank you to Julia at reception, she is a credit to your hotel. She sorted me out extra pillows (pregnancy request!) to make the stay more comfortable for me and was lovely to chat to in the morning. The bar staff were also brilliant. Will definitely return.

The CitizenM concept is great and almost identical in each of its hotels. I was able to check in/out and manage my stay entirely through the app. Rooms are compact but well equipped and come with a huge bed; I even had great views of the Thames and Tower Bridge. I could control everything with my phone or with the mini tablet in the room. Best night's sleep in a long time. My only complaint would be that the room was a little tired in places and could have been cleaner (strain on blind and fan, dusty shelves/vents). Staff were fantastic and their whole approach made me feel welcome and at home. Perfectly located next to Tower Hill tube station and a short walk from Tower Bridge itself. Nice, small shop selling drinks/snacks as well as a cafe/bar.

We would like to thank the exceptional kindness and service from the front desk this evening, although we were not even guests. They showed real compassion and helped out without hesitation, a mark of a truly exceptional business. We will definitely be booking a room for a couple of nights in the near future even though we only live a short distance away if this is the sort of service that the hotel delivers! Myself and my partner had a two night break midweek, Wednesday till Friday. The rooms are compact admittedly but very modern and have everything you need and the space is very well though out, beds a HUGE and extremely comfortable, everything controlled via a tablet and the coloured lights in shower add an unusual and ambient touch!..TV is controlled through tablet too but there is a great selection of movies offered too and all free of charge 👌🏻 breakfast was lovely, good quality and lots of choice and all staff were attentive and friendly ., we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again 🤗

Lovely n clean. Great rooms. The staff were very friendly. We definitely going there again. Breakfast was good but not happy with the evening meal. Try it once but not again. Eat out in the evening. But everything else was pretty good.

Hotel de 10 a escasos metros del Tower Bridge y estación de metro al lado. Las habitaciones son muy modernas y muy confortables. Volveremos.

Un hotel muy agradable para alojarse! El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no falta de nada y estan muy bien organizadas! El único "pero" es que el pago de la habitación no se puede hacer en cash.

Aunque la habitación es pequeña tiene todo lo necesario para descansar, es cómoda y acogedora. Me gustó mucho la cafetería y la atención del personal. El check un lo haces en los ordenadores de recepción pero es un procedimiento muy sencillo.

Hotel al lado de la Torre de Londres ...con una concepción muy moderna del espacio de recepción/ sala estar/ bar. Gran comodidad de sus habitaciones y personal muy amable. A diez metros tienes una parada de metro.

Ubicación inmejorable. Abajo del subte que te lleva a todos lados. Hotel limpio, moderno y con empleados más que buena onda que hacen de tu estadía mejor! Lo único, al ser moderno se le podrá a dificultar a las personas que no se lleven bien con la tecnología. Todo se maneja con un iPad.

Es un hotel muy peculiar. Tiene grandes ambientes comunes, donde se puede charlar con otras personas, trabajar, mirar televisión o comer algo. El desayuno es de servicio Buffet. Las piezas son pequeñas, para una persona. Lo bueno es que todo en la pieza, las persianas, la televisión, las luces, el color de las luces, etc., se controla mediante una tableta que te dejan en la habitación. Todo muy moderno.
