As a diamond's reward member that only stays at Comfort Inn I have seen my share of locations. This one looks like it had a really nice remodel done and the staff was pleasant enough. However I checked in went to the Room and was immediately covered in fleas. This was in Room 316. Management offered to have me stay in a different Room I did not want to take the chance. I'm sure they will do what they need to do to get them taken care of but those thinking of staying in the near future may want to go down the road a little ways.

I stayed here about a week ago, and felt compelled to write a review. I'm usually not one to write a review, but I just had to after my experience. First of all, the customer service was TERRIBLE. The Woman I checked in with was on her phone and didn't pay much mind to me at check in. I decided later on that night to take a dip in the pool, and as we were getting out, and drying off, she felt the need to come in and yell at us. It wouldn't have taken any person very long to notice I was in a towel, and leaving. Fast forward to around 11:30, we come back to the hotel with some food, only to realize we had forgotten our keys. So I come to the front doors, get rung in, and he realizes the woman before him forgot to have me sign a waiver. I'm signing this waiver, and he gets very frustrated when he realizes I have five people, not just one. So to be clear, I have FIVE guests, in a room that sleeps SIX. The gentleman proceeds to tell me he is going to charge me an extra $35 for having more than one person. So i'm being charged for having five people... in a room that sleeps six.. coming from hotel customer service myself, I had never heard of such a thing. I proceed to ask questions, and he gets angry. He becomes very cold and rude. There were multiple issues with the room, that I would have kindly overlooked if the customer service was decent. Like the heat setting off our smoke alarm, the carpet around the A/C soaked, the shower missing hardware, etc. I would 10/10 NEVER stay here again!

Wouldnt accommodate my original reservation for a suite. Made me change rooms every day for a week because I couldnt get front desk to help me book the same room again, so had to do it online myself. Had multiple problems during my stay, including people doing drugs in the parking lot and inside, a dog and party in the pool area and multiple occasions I was put in either a disgusting room or they had a strange smell. The one time I did get a suite, like I paid for, it was barley a suite! There was a whirlpool out in the room but it was only room in the hotel without a couch. I felt like front desk was terrorizing me to leave and laughing. Since I wanted the suite for my husband and we have a toddler with us. That's why originally I booked a suite with a bedroom. I tried contacting manager and he only addressed one issue out of my email and blamed it on me! Horrible customer service and management! The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because 2nd and 3rd shift were great!

The front desk staff were very friendly as and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Hot breakfast with a really great breakfast worker engaging guests. I only give 4 stars bc the caulking in the bathroom did have a little mold on it. Nothing terrible though. I would definitely stay there again.
