Cama era limpa, macia e confortável. Tem uma piscina na porta que tem acesso para cadeira de rodas. Bem legal de ver. Os funcionários onde amigável e muito agradável. O ar condicionado do quarto estava gelado e o chuveiro estava limpando a alma.

Bed was clean, soft and comfy. Has an in door pool that has wheel chair access. Way cool to see. The employees where friendly and very nice. The AC in the room was icy cold and the shower was soul cleaning.

Only thing was our room was fairly small and the carpet was really dirty you definitely needed socks on and don't have white or light colored socks on! Who doesn't allow pets anymore? This place doesn't and that's a big deal to me anyways!

This hotel is listed as pet friendly on Google and Google Maps even though they are not pet friendly. They also refused to give me a refund when I pointed this out. So here, let me help you! In the "Info" section of the Google My Business management screen, there is a setting called "Hotel Attributes". Unselect "Pets" in the "Hotel attributes" field so you stop appearing in pet friendly Google search results.

Comunicação pobre. Quarto imundo. Não foi uma experiência agradável, chegamos ao hotel às 2 da manhã e me disseram que minha reserva foi cancelada e que eles não honrariam minha "taxa de funcionário". Eu não queria procurar outro hotel às 2 da manhã, então paguei com relutância a taxa mais alta. Quando chegamos ao quarto, fiquei mortificada com a condição do quarto. Tirei várias fotos e liguei para o gerente às 8 da manhã. Falei com o gerente, Kadence, sobre a condição do quarto e perguntei por que minha reserva foi cancelada. Também perguntei por que o hotel não honraria a taxa de funcionário anunciada no site, ela não teve uma resposta, então disse que falaria com o proprietário, bem (1 semana depois) nunca recebi uma ligação ou e-mail de volta. Mandei 2 emails e liguei 3 vezes... Vou dar-lhes o benefício da dúvida... talvez não seja normal ter um quarto esquecido tão ruim quanto o quarto que eles nos designaram, mas o quarto estava em condições muito ruins. Tapete sujo, comida no chão, quarto não foi aspirado, cabeceira não foi limpa (muita poeira), paredes manchadas, roupa de cama manchada, alavanca de rolha da pia do banheiro faltando, AC era barulhento e quarto tinha um odor desagradável. Eu teria pensado que o hotel tentaria manter seus hóspedes felizes e satisfeitos, mas nem todos os hotéis são os mesmos, infelizmente. Eu não recomendaria este hotel.

Reservei este hotel para minha amiga com deficiência e seu neto com deficiência. O hotel se recusou terminantemente a receber seu dinheiro por 100,00 dizer que precisava de um cartão de crédito importante para despesas ocasionais! Se meu amigo tivesse um crédito maior eu não teria que usar o meu! Este hotel foi rude e simplesmente significa para essas pessoas. Sem considerar que eles são deficientes com tanques de oxigênio a reboque!!! Eu recomendaria que ninguém jamais ficaria aqui novamente se eles valorizam sua dignidade! Comfort Suites você é patético em seu tratamento de seres humanos! Você deveria ter vergonha!!!!

I booked this hotel For my disabled Friend And her disabled grandson. The hotel adamantly refused to take their cash for 100.00 say they needed a major credit card for incidentals!If my friend had a major credit I would not have had to use mine!This hotel was rude and just Plain mean to these people. With no considering that they are handicapped with oxygen tanks in tow!!!I would recommend that no one would ever stay here again if they value their dignity!Comfort Suites you are pathetic in your treatment of human beings! You should be ashamed!!!!

Poor communication. Filthy room. Not a pleasant experience, we arrived at the hotel at 2 am and I was told my reservation was canceled and that they would not honor my "employee rate". I did not want to search for another hotel at 2 am so I reluctantly paid the higher rate. When we got to the room I was mortified at the condition of the room. I took several pictures and called the manager at 8 am. I spoke with the manager, Kadence about the room condition and I asked why was my reservation canceled. I also asked why the hotel would not honor the employee rate that was advertised on the website, she did not have an answer so she said she will talk to the owner, well (1 week later) I never got a call or email back. I left 2 emails and called 3 times... I'll give them the benefit of doubt... maybe it's not normal to have a room overlooked as bad as the room they assigned us in but the room was in really bad condition. Dirty carpet, food on the floor, room was not vacuumed, headboard was not wiped down (lots of dust), stained walls, stained bedding, bathroom sink stopper lever missing, AC was noisy and room had a funky odor. I would have thought the hotel would try to keep their guests happy and satisfied but not all hotels are the same unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Estávamos tão ... Tentei não conseguir um quarto em qualquer lugar. E este lugar nos deu um quarto para alugar. Eu não me importei com o barulho da estrada. Tudo que eu 💬🤔 sobre deitar e descansar. Mas o cara que nos ajudou com tudo foi o melhor. E todas as pessoas da recepção foram muito agradáveis. E eles têm GREAT Housekeeper's. Dê-lhes uma tentativa. E sempre apoie seus negócios locais... Foi o que eu experimentei. Assuntos locais. Não vidas negras. Porque somos todos de raça diferente também... Não só pessoas brancas ou negras vivem nesta terra. Eles são muito mais do que peles coloridas nesta terra. Acordem pessoas. Nosso sangue corre do mesmo criador. Seu NÃO é diferente de todos. O sangue clamará também o criador. Vida Speck.. Sua boca é Santa. Observe o que você diz. As palavras vivem. A escolha é sua se você quer Vida ou morte. (O bem e o mal)

We were SO... Tried couldn't get a room anywhere. And this place gave us a room to rent. I didn't mind the freeway noise. All I 💬🤔 about laying down and rest. But the guy that help us with everything was the Best. And all the front desk people were Very Nice. And they have GREAT Housekeeper's. Give them a try. And always support your local businesses... That's what I experienced. Local matter's. Not black lives. Because we're all from different race Too... Not only White or Black people lives on this earth. Theirs a whole lot more than colored skins on this earth.. Wake up people.. Our blood runs from the same creator. Your NO different from everyone. Blood will cry out too the creator. Speck life.. Your mouth is Holy. Watch what you say. Words lives.. It's your choice if you want Life or death. (Good and Evil)

Minha família teve que fazer o check-in aqui em curto prazo. O trabalho estava sendo feito em nosso apartamento, acabamos ficando aqui por duas semanas. Não são apenas os preços razoáveis. A equipe foi incrível. Os quartos eram limpos e confortáveis. Com certeza recomendaria para familiares e amigos. Vai voltar apenas sair e ter um staycation de fim de semana com certeza. Mais uma vez também a equipe foi incrível muito amigável muito útil. Não tenho muita certeza, mas acredito que o proprietário do imóvel. Também trabalhou no local. Ele foi muito simpático e gentil e prestativo. Definitivamente recomendo a todos eles realmente ajudaram uma situação estressante a se tornar um pouco mais suportável para nós

Este é um ótimo hotel e eu recomendo ficar aqui se você estiver na área! Quando fiz o check-in, meu quarto era espaçoso, limpo e incluía tudo o que eu precisava para minha estadia. A cama era muito confortável e dormi bem durante a minha viagem. A equipe foi atenciosa e amigável. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades e você tem acesso rápido a várias estradas.

My family had to check in here on short notice. Work was being done at our apartment we ended up staying here for two weeks. Not only are the prices reasonable. The staff was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Will come back just hang out and have a weekend staycation for sure. Once again also the staff was incredible very friendly very helpful. Not too sure but I believe the owner of the property. Also worked on site. He was very friendly and kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone they really helped a stressful situation become a little more bearable for us

This is a great hotel and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! When I checked in, my room was spacious, clean, and included everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well during the duration of my trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you have quick access to numerous roadways.
