Eu reservei este hotel apenas por causa da piscina do spa. Fiquei muito triste e desapontado porque o spa não atendeu às minhas expectativas, pois estava muito morno não havia vapor saindo do spa, o que é uma ótima indicação de que está muito quente. Na verdade, voltei para o quarto para um banho quente de imersão. Não houve comunicação da equipe de que o spa não estava funcionando ou que havia sido recusado. Em segundo lugar, acho que os quartos são antigos e nem sequer tínhamos um mini-bar, tínhamos uma taça de vinho e não há menu para serviço de quarto. Quando perguntamos na recepção, eles disseram que só fazemos pizzas e salgadinhos, vamos Copthorne não é bom o suficiente. Foi uma decepção, espero que quando eu for para Copthorne Hokianga no final deste mês, eles restaurem minha fé em seu Hotel.Uma vantagem para mim foi a recepção e os funcionários do restaurante muito simpáticos e o check-in e o check-in foram rápidos e fáceis.

Nem tudo é possível sempre e nunca é você que está em falta. Todo mundo quer estar certo e todo mundo está apenas tentando sobreviver. Portanto, deixe uma lata na geladeira ao sair. Despeje um copo de vinho .. tire o seu take away e esvazie o vb. Dê descarga no banheiro. Limpe a vaidade. Dê outra olhada no espelho. Sorriso. Seja legal com a pessoa na sua frente. Eles podem ser sua futura esposa.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel em si poderia fazer com a atualização, especialmente para o preço que você paga. O nosso quarto com uma vista era adorável e espaçoso, mas no momento do check-in não era excessivamente limpo, o que foi decepcionante. A piscina e o spa foram um bônus e as vistas eram de tirar o fôlego.

Hotel encantador, excelente equipe. Meu quarto era incrível .. tinha vista para o mar e para a piscina, tinha um deck para relaxar e uma bomba de calor no quarto, o que era bom porque o tempo estava um pouco frio naquela noite. O quarto era limpo e a cama, embora um pouco macia para mim, ainda era confortável. O buffet de café da manhã era gostoso e o chocolate quente que eu comi depois, também foi bom! Obrigado Copthorne, Bay of Islands.

Personal amable y servicial. El hotel en sí mismo le vendría bien una reforma, especialmente por el precio que pagas. Nuestra habitación con vistas era preciosa y espaciosa, pero al hacer el registro de entrada no estaba demasiado limpia, lo cual fue decepcionante. La piscina y el spa eran una ventaja y las vistas eran asombrosamente impresionantes.

También esto ocurre durante y después de una pandemia mundial. De la gente las expectativas deben tener en cuenta a todas las personas. Viajar y no viajar. Los que no viajan son los que muestran manakitanga. Dar la bienvenida a los visitantes. Los visitantes muestran respeto al anfitrión al ser ordenados en pensamiento y acción. No todo es posible siempre y nunca eres tú quien tiene la culpa. Todos quieren tener razón y todos solo intentan sobrevivir. Así que deja una lata en la nevera cuando te vayas. Vierta una copa de vino .. retire su comida para llevar y vb vacía. Descarga el retrete. Limpia el tocador. Mírate de nuevo en el espejo. Sonrisa. Sé amable con la persona que tienes delante. Puede que seamos tu futura esposa.

Hotel encantador, personal excelente. Mi habitación era increíble ... tenía vistas al mar ya la piscina, tenía una terraza para relajarse y una bomba de calor en la habitación, lo cual era bueno porque el clima era un poco frío esa noche. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama, aunque un poco blanda para mí, era cómoda. El desayuno buffet era delicioso y el chocolate caliente que comí más tarde, ¡también era bueno! Gracias Copthorne, Bay of Islands.

I booked this hotel solely because of the spa pool I was very saddened and disappointed that the spa did not meet my expectations it was very lukewarm there was no steam rising from the spa which is a great indication that it is very hot I actually went back to the room for a hot soak in the bath. There was no communication from the staff that the spa was not working or that it had been turned down. Secondly I think the rooms are dated and we didn't even have a mini bar, we had one wine glass and there is no menu for room service. When we asked reception they said we only do pizzas and snack foods, come on Copthorne not good enough. It was such a let down I hope that when I go to Copthorne Hokianga at the end of this month that they restore my faith in your Hotel.A plus for me was the reception and restaurant staff very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy.

Also this is during and after a world pandemic. People's expectations need to account for all people. Travelling and non travelling. The non travelling being the ones showing manakitanga. Welcoming the visitors. The visitors showing respect to the host by being tidy in thought and action. Not everything is possible always and it is never you that is at fault. Everyone wants to be right and everyone is just trying to survive. So leave a can in the fridge when you leave. Pour a glass of wine.. take away your take away and empty vb . Flush the loo. Wipe down the vanity. Take another look in the mirror. Smile. Be nice the person in front of you. They may we'll be your future wife.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel its self could do with updating, especially for the price you pay. Our room with a view was lovely and spacious but upon check-in was not overly clean which was disappointing. Pool and spa were a bonus and the views were breathtakingly stunning.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. My room was awesome.. it had a view to the sea and the swimming pool, it had a deck to relax on and a heat pump in the room, which was good because the weather was a bit chilly that night. The room was clean and the bed, although a bit soft for me, was still comfortable. The buffet breakfast was yummy and the hot chocolate I had later, was also good! Thank you Copthorne, Bay of Islands.

O cenário é lindo. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista deslumbrante e estava bem no final do hotel tão agradável e bastante. Tempo estava horrível enquanto nós visitamos e nosso quarto tinha marcenaria de madeira e vidraça única assim senti úmido o tempo todo. O café da manhã estava na média. A limpeza e o estado do hotel são médios.

El entorno es hermoso. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas preciosas y estaba justo al final del hotel, muy bonito y tranquilo. El clima fue terrible mientras visitamos y nuestra habitación tenía carpintería de madera y un solo acristalamiento, así que nos sentimos húmedos todo el tiempo. El desayuno era normal. La limpieza y el estado del hotel son normales.

The setting is beautiful. Our room had a gorgeous view and was right at the end of the hotel so nice and quite. Weather was awful while we visited and our room had wooden joinery and single glazing so felt damp the whole time. Breakfast was average. Cleanliness and condition of hotel is average.

Tranquilidad... Cuenta con una piscina rústica de distintas profundidades con vista al mar, jacuzzi y reposeras (cierra a las 10pm). Tiene restaurant buffet y a la carta, un pequeño bar y Spa (requiere de reserva). Se ubica en una península a 5 minutos en auto de Paihia.

Estuvimos para la cena de noche buena de 2014. El hotel esta bien, el emplazamiento bueno, la habitación amplia y limpia. Los jacuzzi al aire libre muy bien, la playa a pie de hotel...
