“Took my wife for a night out away from the kids for her birthday. She literally ended up leaving in tears. It ruined her birthday. We didn't get one hour of sleep. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and to top it off we had people upstairs stomping all night long. Asked to get our rooms moved but attendant argued with us. We left at 5 am with people still making noise. No manager on duty. Worst hotel visit of my life”
