Esta fue la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido. Reservamos dos de las salas más grandes para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hija después de un largo día en Six Flags. Tuve que hacer el check out una hora después de entrar en la primera habitación y encontrar un nuevo hotel alrededor de la medianoche. La habitación tenía ropa de cama, alfombra, sofá y mesa manchados. Ambos televisores y la cerradura de la puerta estaban rotos. Todavía había pasta de dientes del último huésped en la encimera del baño. ¡¡No desperdicies tu dinero!!

Hotel que está tratando de sacar lo mejor de lo que tienen. Realmente, un hotel de 3 estrellas dio 4 estrellas solo porque el personal nocturno realmente hizo un trabajo increíble con lo que tenían que trabajar. Era obvio que el hotel tenía poco personal y que parte del personal no había estado haciendo su trabajo. El hotel ha recibido una capa de pintura reciente, sin embargo, es un trabajo en progreso. Las alfombras están limpias pero manchadas, incluso tenían manchas de lejía en el pasillo. Claramente necesita ser reemplazado. Nuestra primera habitación tenía algunos problemas de mantenimiento que eran bastante obvios y no habían sido reportados por el personal de limpieza. El personal nocturno nos trasladó inmediatamente a otra habitación sin hacer preguntas. Había que cambiar la ropa de cama y las almohadas. Limpio, pero tenía manchas de lejía en la colcha superior, las almohadas tenían grumos y estaban gastadas. Hicimos mención de esto en el check out y nos dijeron que están pendientes. No es de extrañar durante esta pandemia. El hotel estaba limpio y solo necesitaba algunos reemplazos. Nada que impida nuestra estancia, pero puede que no sea atractivo para algunos. Sentí que era demasiado caro para las condiciones del hotel. El personal que experimentamos fue acogedor y servicial. Siempre tenían sonrisas en sus rostros y nos saludaban cada vez que pasábamos por el vestíbulo. Excelente servicio, ropa de cama limpia y una habitación limpia. Las fallas con el hotel eran básicamente sólo cosméticas. Una vez que los fondos, los materiales y el personal confiable lleguen a este hotel, podría ser bastante agradable. Parece que ya están en camino con el personal de recepción.

O gerente geral realmente revirou os olhos para mim quando pedi nosso café da manhã. Os lençóis do quarto tinham manchas molhadas (ao toque). As mantas tinham manchas amarelas, a haste da cortina do chuveiro caiu da parede, a porta não trancou porque a trava estava quebrada e eu realmente encontrei uma crosta nos meus lençóis. O lugar nojento e os tapetes tinham manchas recentes por toda parte e, quando coloquei a mão no centro de entretenimento, peguei uma espécie de gosma pegajosa nas mãos. E também não foi uma noite barata ... $ 160! Eu fiquei em um motel 8s por 60 dólares que eram melhores. Eu entendo que é um momento difícil economicamente, mas isso é imperdoável.

Eu tive que fazer o check-out dentro de uma hora de entrar no primeiro quarto e encontrar um novo hotel por volta da meia-noite. O quarto tinha roupa de cama, tapete, sofá e mesa manchados. As TVs e a fechadura da porta estavam quebradas. Ainda havia pasta de dente do último hóspede no balcão do banheiro. Não desperdice seu dinheiro!!

Pessoas rudes de escrivaninha. Ridículo $ 75 "taxa de incidente" que ainda está sendo cobrado. Área da piscina não cuidada. Sem toalhas, banheiro sujo. O café da manhã pré-embalado anunciado não estava disponível sem explicação. Apenas café.Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos, a arrumação, pelo menos, tinha isso em conjunto.Não voltaria ou recomendaria exclusivamente com base no serviço ao cliente.

Hotel que está tentando aproveitar ao máximo o que tem. Realmente um hotel 3 estrelas deu 4 estrelas apenas porque a equipe noturna realmente fez um trabalho incrível com o que tinha que trabalhar. Era óbvio que o hotel estava com poucos funcionários e que alguns funcionários não estavam fazendo seu trabalho. O hotel teve uma camada de tinta recente, no entanto, é um trabalho em andamento. Os tapetes são limpos, mas manchados, até havia manchas de água sanitária no corredor. Claramente precisando ser substituído. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha alguns problemas de manutenção que eram bastante óbvios não tinham sido relatados pela equipe de limpeza. Night staff imediatamente mudou-nos para outro quarto sem perguntas. A roupa de cama e os travesseiros precisavam ser substituídos. Limpos, mas com manchas de água sanitária na colcha de cima, os travesseiros eram irregulares e gastos. Fizemos menção a isso no check-out e fomos informados de que eles estão em espera. Não é surpreendente durante esta pandemia. O hotel estava limpo apenas precisando de algumas substituições. Nada impede a nossa estadia, mas pode não ser atraente para alguns. Senti que era superfaturada para a condição do hotel. A equipe que experimentamos foi acolhedora e confortável. Eles sempre tinham sorrisos em seus rostos e nos cumprimentavam toda vez que passávamos pelo saguão. Excelente serviço, roupa de cama limpa e um quarto limpo. As falhas no hotel eram basicamente apenas cosméticas. Uma vez que o financiamento, os materiais e a equipe de confiança chegam a este hotel pode ser muito bom. Eles parecem já estar a caminho com a equipe da recepção.

The General manager actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked for our bag breakfast. The room sheets had wet (to the touch) stains on them. The throws had yellow stains on them, the shower curtain rod fell off the wall, the door didn’t lock because the latch was broken and I actually found a scab in my sheets. Disgusting place and the carpets had recent stains everywhere and when I put my hand on the entertainment center I got some kind of sticky goo on my hands. And it wasn’t a cheap night either…$160! I’ve stayed at motel 8s for 60 dollars that were nicer. I understand it’s a tough time economically but this is inexcusable.

Hotel that is trying to make the best of what they have. Really a 3-star hotel gave 4 stars only because the night staff truly did an amazing job with what they had to work with. It was obvious the hotel has been short-staffed and that some staff had not been doing their jobs. The hotel has had a recent coat of paint however it is a work in progress. Carpets are clean but stained, even had bleach stains down the hall. Clearly needing to be replaced. Our first room had a few maintenance issues which were pretty obvious had not been reported by housekeeping staff. Night staff immediately moved us to another room no questions asked. Bedding and pillows were needing to be replaced. Clean but had bleach stains on the top coverlet, pillows were lumpy and worn-out. We made mention of this at check out and were told they are on backorder. Not surprising during this pandemic. The hotel was clean just needing some replacements. Nothing to deter our stay but may not be appealing to some. Felt it was overpriced for the hotel condition. The staff we experience was welcoming and accommodating. They always had smiles on their faces and greeted us every time we came through the lobby. Excellent service, clean bedding, and a clean room. Faults with the hotel were basically only cosmetic. Once funding, materials, and reliable staff come through this hotel could be pretty nice. They seem to already be on their way there with the front desk staff.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked two of the biggest rooms to celebrate my daughter’s birthday after a long day at Six Flags. I had to check out within an hour of entering the 1st room and find a new hotel around midnight. The room had stained bedding, carpet, couch and table. Both TVs and the lock to the door were broken. There was toothpaste from the last guest still on the bathroom counter. Do not waste your money!!

Rude desk people. Ridiculous $75 "incident fee" that is still being held. Pool area not looked after. No towels, dirty bathroom. Prepackaged breakfast advertised was not available with no explanation. Only coffee. Rooms were nice and clean, housekeeping at least has it together. Would not go back or recommend solely based on customer service.

Hay como un líquido amarillo en las paredes y los techos; huele fatal en el ascensor y en las habitaciones no se pueden abrir las ventanas para que salga el olor. Ofurô no quarto caro não funciona quando chegamos. A fechadura deslizante interna do meu quarto estava quebrada. O cartão-chave não funcionou por 3 dias e a equipe o descartou como uma descarga magnética repetidamente. Eles zeravam o cartão e então vinham "ajudar" a usá-lo. Ainda assim, não funcionou a cada vez por 3 dias e eles apenas digitalizavam o deles e me deixavam entrar e dizer, ok, tudo bem. NÃO, não foi bom pedir-lhes todos os dias para poderem entrar e eles não cuidaram do problema com a fechadura ATÉ eu dizer que ligaria para booking.com. Então, no dia seguinte, alguém bateu uma vez na porta. Eu estava ao telefone e disse espere, mas eles usaram o cartão. Para escanear e tentar abrir a porta. Graças a Deus eu os mandei consertar a fechadura deslizante interna e eles não conseguiram abri-la totalmente. Havia alguns funcionários lá aparentemente para limpar o quarto e eu balancei minha cabeça negativamente e fechei a porta. O café da manhã era insignificante. Nenhuma oferta foi feita para ajustar minha conta para todas as suas mentiras.

Há um líquido amarelo nas paredes e tetos, cheira horrível no elevador e nos quartos não é possível abrir as janelas para tirar o cheiro. Minhas novas meias brancas agora estão muito marrons por causa dos tapetes pegajosos. Muito descontente com o saneamento deste local. Eu gosto que eles façam reservas para o horário da piscina, então é apenas a sua festa lá durante esse tempo. Além disso, o AC funciona muito bem. O exterior é bom e é conveniente dirigir até Six Flags. A senhora da recepção também é bom.Os quartos não são os mais limpos. Encontrei coisas que não eram nossas. A barra do chuveiro estava quebrada, então a cortina do chuveiro não ia até o fim. Nossa fechadura no quarto também foi danificada. As paredes são muito finas, então você pode ouvir as pessoas facilmente a qualquer hora. O que não é bom quando você tem um bebê. O sofá-cama é horrível. Seu “edredom” não é mais grosso do que um lençol.

Me gusta que hagan reservas para el tiempo en la piscina, por lo que solo es tu fiesta allí durante ese tiempo. Además, el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla. El exterior es agradable y está convenientemente ubicado en Six Flags. La señora de la recepción también es agradable.Las habitaciones no son las más limpias. Encontré cosas que no eran nuestras. La barra de la ducha estaba rota, por lo que la cortina de la ducha no se extendió por completo. Nuestra cerradura de la habitación también estaba dañada. Las paredes son muy delgadas, por lo que se puede escuchar a la gente con mucha facilidad a todas horas. Lo cual no es bueno cuando tienes un bebé. La cama plegable es horrible. Tu "edredón" no es más grueso que una sábana.

Hot tub in expensive room not working when arrived. Interior slide lock of my room was broken. Key card did not work for 3 days and staff dismissed it as magnetic discharge again and again. They would reset the card then come to "help" use it. It Still did not work each time for 3 days and they would just scan theirs and let me in and say, ok all good. NO it was Not good asking them every day to be let in and they did not take care of the problem with the Lock UNTIL I said I would be calling booking.com. Then the next day someone knocked once on the door. I was on the phone and said wait yet they used their card.to scan and attempt to open the door. Thank goodness I had them fix the interior slide lock and they couldn't open it all the way. There were a few staff out there apparently to clean the room and I shook my head no and closed the door. Breakfast was paltry. No offer was made to adjust my bill for all their baloney.

There is like yellow liquid on the walls and ceilings it smells terrible in the elevator and in the rooms can’t open the windows to get the smell out. My new white socks are now very brown from the sticky carpets. Very unhappy on the sanitation of this location. Had a late check in so working out a new hotel that is cleaner at 2 am. Also there was gum under the mattress and under the bed.

I like that they do reservations for pool time, so it’s only your party in there during that time. Also, the AC works amazing. The outside is nice and it’s convenient drive to Six Flags. The front desk lady is also nice. Rooms aren’t the cleanest. Found stuff that wasn’t ours. The shower bar was broken so the shower curtain didn’t go all the way. Our lock in the room was damaged as well. The walls are very thin, so you can hear people very easily at all hours. Which isn’t good when you have a baby. The pull out bed is awful. Your “comforter” isn’t any thicker than a sheet.

Este não é o hotel mais limpo em que já estive. Não estava sujo, mas poderia ter sido melhor limpo. Cama king size era confortável. O ventilador no banheiro não funcionava, o que foi uma grande queda para mim, pessoalmente. Tive que esperar mais de 10 minutos para fazer o check-in, já que o recepcionista estava falando ao telefone em um quarto ao lado e não reconheceu que eu estava lá e me pediu para esperar. O cliente à sua frente é o mais importante.

This isn't the cleanest hotel I've ever been at. It wasn't filthy, but it could have been cleaned better. King size bed was comfortable. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, which was a major downfall for me personally. I had to wait over 10 min to check in, as the front desk guy was on his phone in an adjacent room and didn't acknowledge I was even there and ask me to wait. The customer in front of you is most important.

The owner of this hotel is an outstanding professional businessman he brought in another manager to take care of the property and this manager is absolutely wonderful he is kind courteous very much a professional and will do everything that he possibly can to make sure that your stay here is as comfortable as your own home I strongly recommend this place to be your temporary living condition five stars to the new manager, five stars to the owner of this hotel thank you for making this a comfortable living situation for me.

Es un hotel con todos los servicios básicos que pudieras necesitar como turista o viajero. Tiene una alberca u jacuzzi, el desayuno incluido y cuartos para tus necesidades. Pero como hotel de tres estrellas encuentras detallitos, estos detallitos no les permiten llegar a las 5 estrellas. Por ejemplo: televisores que no funcionan, baños no muy limpios, camas sin hacer cuando regresas a tu cuarto o barrer en el desayunado cuando estas comiendo tus alimentos. Son cositas, pero molestan. Claro es económico. Bueno ahí está el detalle. Su personal es amable y hay personal bilingüe.
