“The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient. The staff at the hotel desk however were among the least service-oriented and actually rude of any Marriott establishment I've stayed at in the last 5-6 years. Maybe its typical of Boston (this was our first visit) maybe its because they have mostly new staffing due to the pandemic? Staff made errors in billing that they were unable to fix and I had to call Marriott customer services to fix. They seemed unable to work with their own computers at the desk. We stayed five days for a business/family trip and appreciated the walking proximity to many sights in the city. We had a great experience at local restaurants and beaches and at the other nearby hotel hosting the conference event. This Courtyard however seemed particularly inept at just basic daily procedures like checkin/checkout.”

A equipe da recepção do hotel no entanto foram entre os menos orientados para o serviço e realmente rude de qualquer estabelecimento Marriott que eu fiquei nos últimos 5-6 anos. Talvez seja típico de Boston (esta foi nossa primeira visita), talvez porque eles tenham novos funcionários devido à pandemia? A equipe cometeu erros no faturamento que não conseguiram corrigir e tive que ligar para o atendimento ao cliente da Marriott para corrigir. Eles pareciam incapazes de trabalhar com seus próprios computadores na mesa.Ficamos cinco dias para uma viagem de negócios / família e apreciamos a proximidade a pé de muitos pontos turísticos da cidade.
