“a good service from the staff, which is overshadowed by a poor Cable w internet system, which turns itself on and off.and a deficient key system, which is misconfigured on a daily basis. on the other hand, breakfast lacks alternatives and freshness. un buen servicio del personal, que se opaca con un pobre sistema de Cable w internet, que se prende y apaga solo. y un deficiente sistema de llave, que se desconfigura diariamente. por otro lado, al desayuno le falta alternativas y frescura.”

“Os quartos de hotel mais legais de sereias na área de Islip/Patchogue com ótima decoração. Muito espaçoso. Principalmente a equipe da recepção agradável, mas o fato de que eles nos fizeram caçar o carrinho de bagagem, saindo do elevador em todos os andares e procurando-o à 1 da manhã (depois de ligar uma hora antes para perguntar se poderia estar disponível quando chegamos) perde-lhes uma estrela. Eles nos disseram que não havia promessas porque outra pessoa poderia usá-lo (justo), mas não disseram que nos fariam ir encontrá-lo se um hóspede rude o deixasse do lado de fora do quarto!”
