Had a business meeting so I drove up from Louisiana. The front desk rep Mel was prompt on site. I asked questions, she had the answers. Check in as so smooth. She made sure the room was to liking and gave great conversation. We need more people like Mel in the customer service business. Thank you for making my stay super welcoming …. This is a definite winner, the hotel not only located in a great location it looks amazing it's clean and staffed with some really great people. My check in and out experiences were top notch. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Plenty of quality towels and linen in the rooms. Two thumbs up. My only comment is the $43 valet only parking. Otherwise a great stay.

Good luck getting a hold of ANYONE if you need to change your stay. We had our room booked by the local University Children's Hospital and when the appointments changed and we only needed one night instead of two, we called the hotel and ended up being transferred to a call center. The lady couldn't understand why I was calling and then told me that our one night room rate would be double what the room rate was before. I explained that the hospital booked the hotel and that we had the rate that it was because it was a medical stay, she was incredibly rude and said I can either pay what she said the rate was now or try and find another place "To be sick at". I tried to contact someone at the actual hotel with absolutely no luck. I will NEVER book this hotel again.

Rooms are below average for this price point I demand better. Room didn't even have a microwave had to go downstairs to the C-store. Shower worked well but room decor was shabby. The people on the other hand have been absolutely exceptional can't say enough about service desk or the valet these people are ready and willing to help. Location is very good within walking distance of Vanderbilt and Belmont and really close to Broadway plenty of food and beverage opportunities. Really would have preferred for the breakfast to be open earlier but ultimately we went somewhere else anyway

Do outro lado da rua um restaurante onde, fui para almoço e jantar .eu recomendo se você parar por Nashville.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young woman who didn't acknowledge my "Lifetime Titanium" status and also didn't offer me the usual arrival gift. While it may seem small, I've gotten used to the 100s of Marriott properties I've stayed at showing their appreciation for my 1200+ paid nights at their properties. On occasion no offer of an arrival gift has happened, and I've ignored it as I'm always treated so well by the staff. However, this time was different. I was originally put in a room that smelled like an ashtray. I was then moved to a handicap room close to the elevator. I also asked for and was told that they'd send up extra pillows. That never happened. As a result of how things were going, I decided to go to the front desk and let them know that I wasn't offered the arrival gift and that I wanted them to honor the policy for when that occurs. The manager came out to discuss the issue and told me that I received points automatically. I told him that I wasn't offered a gift and he then argued that I received it with the points. The issue and policy is around the offer of a gift or points with the customer deciding. The manager refused to honor the corporate policy for compensation when this occurs. He debated that and then smugly stated that I didn't hear the offer when checked in. I'm not sure how he knew that, since he wasn't involved in the conversation or in the vicinity. I didn't appreciate being dismissed by the manager and his unwillingness to honor Marriott policies. To me the larger issue was how I was treated by who I believe was the GM of the property.

The rooms were standard. We had booked for 4 guests and they didn't even give us 4 towels. I just didn't think it was up to par with others based on their price. There is no parking there, just valet only. It's $40 a night. When we arrived, the whole front of building had cars parked all over where you are to pull up so we actually couldn't physically pull up the car to the hotel. We had to find a parking lot that we had to pay for the first night that's on same block. I still got charged $40 for that first night too. Getting your car back is quite easy though. You just have to send a text. But they will have your car blocked in by other cars they bring out. So before you leave, you have to wait for the other guests to come down from their hotel room to move their cars first. It's not a long wait for this, but it is inconvenient. I'd say 100% do not book here if you plan to have a car with you. Otherwise it's okay. The location isn't bad it's close to a few great restaurant/pubs.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is very comfortable. It is walking distance to downtown, but far enough to avoid the noise and be able to rest and work. Several living rooms allow to meet people. there are a well equipped sport center, a swimming pool, and even an Laundromat for family. The staff is highly professional and warm. Across the street a restaurant where, I went for lunch and dinner .I highly recommend it if you stop by Nashville.

This is a Beautiful place with a lot of things to do ( they have a bar on the inside). The staff was friendly, from valet, front desk to the cleaning staff. Great location if you wanted to get out and see the sights or enjoy another establishment for dinner and drinks. Definitely a revisit. Thanks

This is a great hotel close to Vanderbilt Medical Center. They are so kind to give a discount to the patients there. The manager is doing a great job keeping the rooms clean and sanitized. I appreciate all your help at a trying time for us.

Initial experience as a Marriott member with the man at the front desk making reservations and re checking our reservation. He was very rude three times in my interaction with him and not representative of Marriott employees. My wife is staying at the hotel for treatment with Vanderbilt and we are an older couple and taking a few minutes to answer our questions in a polite and professional way contributes to our well being and stay during this difficult time.

This hotel gave a great discount to patients getting treatment at Vanderbilt University Hospital. Thank you so much for that, it was much appreciated. We were comfortable in the procedures the hotel had in place during this time of COVID. I observed that the general manager Jeff worked very hard. He worked as a jack of all trades due to the minimal staffing during this time. Thanks again for the clean, safe to stay and for the discount as I got as a Vanderbilt patient from out of town.

This is a good location for the Vanderbilt area and close to downtown. May have been the time I stayed, but water pressure is very low, right now near a lot of construction. No shampoo in my room...
