“Reservamos um quarto para 1 noite. Pagamos 200 dollaoverheard outro hóspede reclamar sobre uma cama suja! Terrível inspecionou as camas e encontrou p. Cabelo. Nos foi dado um novo quarto. Estávamos empolgados em usar a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem anunciadas, mas ambas estavam fechadas. Enquanto caminhava pelo lobby. Ouvimos outro hóspede reclamar de uma cama suja. .”

“This hotel is near restaurants and the small town mall. Good location. The service from the staff was good...Melissa the bartender was amazing, she was a one woman show and kept an amazing attitude! The young man at the front desk was AMAZING....he ALSO was a one man show....checking us in, getting extra towels, lightning the fire pit, etc handling the entire hotel alone....often having to put up a 'be back soon' sign to just to go to the restroom. This hotel is severely understaffed and putting good employees under undo pressure. Rooms were clean upon check-in, but no housekeeping. Lots of confusion about reservations and we were overcharged. Over $2000 for 4 nights????? ( rooms @94/night???) Do your research about current staffing and check your bill.”
