“A mixed bag with this hotel. Definitely felt like it has gone downhill a bit since previously being run under the Marriott name. Did appreciate the channel selection in the room, the comfy bed and their help in getting me a room that was on the top floor. The downside - pool was not heated so couldn't go swimming (one of the main reasons I had booked the hotel, and when I mentioned this at the front desk they acknowledged it was broken and wouldn't be repaired for at least 3 weeks), room and pool area was not as clean as you would hope (empty beer cans and bottle caps strewn around the hottub), and evening front desk staff were a bit rude. All in all, still a decent place and decent value for the price. With a few tweaks this place could be a really wonderful hotel again.”

“This place is safe, friendly, well positioned for whatever you might like to do in the area and I stay here frequently. The only problem with this hotel is the cleaning staff. They don't close the bathroom doors to clean behind them, they don't clean the walls or curtains, inside the tub is never scrubbed but it might be rinsed? The beds are questionable so ask for clean sheets. When I do see the cleaning people come through with their little carts they never have dirty sheets in them. That, I find disturbing. Everything, and I do mean everything else here is wonderful. (Yes, I have stayed on every floor and no, not one is cleaner than the others.”
