“Honestly if I could give this place one star I would. Checking in was smooth and fun because Sierra checked us in, but after that it was a disaster. The Bistro was over priced for the quality of food. The waitress with the green hair who works nights demanded that I tip her and so i did to calm her down a bit but then i noticed my card was charged for more than the total+tip was. Its shocking to me to have recieved this service considering in March i visited and recieved the best service from Genesis in Bistro, and Adrian from front desk. Honestly i expected much more. The pool was green and dirty. Room was very clean and Laura the housekeeper went above and beyond to help me get extra towels.”

“First off, the fact that I could check in hours early was a blessing. The room's beautiful swimming pool has many good sitting areas. Everyone who worked here had a great personality atmosphere that reminded me of Home. Deafly going to revisit this one.”
