“Beautiful hotel. Very nice view to the park and lake. Staff are not friendly and have not learnt to smile. The staff at the restaurant were very ignorant and after waiting long time nobody came to ask us what you want to eat until we asked ourselves for the menu. The menu of the restaurant was very poor and we left the restaurant without ordering.”

“Very nice hotel, great reception and lovely rooms with stunning view.
Breakfast was everything you can wish for.
But... do not eat diner at this place.
Very expensive for what you can only describe as confusing, greasy food.
The diner room was empty and we knew quickly why... waist of money. Ratio hotel guests does not equal diner guests.
As I suggested in given feedback earlier, I suggest a new healty concept which you can connect with the spa & wellness 😉”
