“Hotel was advertised with swimming and welness facilities, the hotel doesn't have those ATM.
Slow table service and a small breakfast servicing area resulting in unnecessary crowded lines.
Water takes ages to warm up and there was a foul smell in the bathroom.
Mini fridge was broken.
Bed sheets had holes in them and the pillows are below par.
Reception service was fine.
Food quality adequate to good.
Airconditioning kept the room nice and cool.
All in all not what I expect from a 4 star hotel.”

“We booked this specific hotel because of the swimming pool, with great disappointment we discovered at our arrival that there was a fire weeks ago and the place was being refurbished. The carpets in both rooms had stains, furniture was flimsy however the beds had clean sheets and towels. The breakfast was outstanding and the whole staff very polite and helpful.”
