“Awesome stuff, great restaurant in the hotel”
— Frederick Lopez
“Late check in allowed. Unfortunately I made reservations through ReservationDesk.com and lost my Hilton Honors points. The shady unscrupulous company is third party and didn't say anything til I got receipt which was almost double the actual price of the room with an additional $14.99 non-refundable fee. Won't be fooled again by ReservationDesk.com ... The evening manager made my evening with an offer of the Wonderful Doubletree Cookies. And a room closer to the elevator for my very early departure. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I can always have a good time at a Doubletree Hotel by Hilton. Thanks Robert for the hospitality and will make more sure people learn not to be fooled by third party enterprises by contacting my many contacts.”
