Nice place to stay and close to freeway and alot of dining and retail stores..

A localização é um pouco inconveniente para passear, mas a recepção é simpática e prestativa. Fiquei por 5 noites, mas nas primeiras 2 noites, tive um problema com o chuveiro e o banheiro, e o som dos outros hóspedes ecoou no quarto, então eu não pude relaxar tanto, então pedi a ele para mudar o quarto . Depois de me mudar para outro quarto, passei um tempo muito confortável. Há pessoas ao redor do estacionamento, então quem vem de carro pode ficar tranquilo.

Eu e a esposa adoramos este hotel, era super limpo, a cama era muito confortável. Definitivamente voltaria e recomendo.

Fazendo uma estada prolongada aqui. Salas limpas. A ajuda da recepção não poderia ser mais experiente e prestativa. Martha e Ryan atendem você rapidamente no café da manhã e são muito atenciosos. O Luís faz omeletes fantásticos e até deu algumas dicas para eu experimentar em casa. Não temos um carro aqui, mas sentimos lugares suficientes a uma curta distância para esticar as pernas (além da recepção nos deu uma impressão de restaurantes e pontos turísticos para ver)

Doing an extended stay here. Clean rooms. Front desk help couldn't be more knowledgeable and accommodating. Martha and Ryan take care of you quickly for breakfast and are very attentive. Luis makes fantastic omelets and even gave some tips for me to try at home. We don't have a car here but feel enough places within walking distance to stretch our legs (plus front desk gave us a print-out of eateries and sights to see)

Nossa família teve uma estadia muito tranquila e confortável no DoubletTree em Pasadena. A sala era espaçosa e confortável. As camas e travesseiros também eram muito confortáveis. Tínhamos uma bela vista da piscina. Os funcionários foram imediatamente prestativos e uniformemente gentis. A piscina aquecida e o spa foram maravilhosos, e nós os tivemos para nós. Usamos a sala de ginástica nos dois dias, e também a tínhamos para nós. Gostei muito da chance de usar a esteira, e dava para a piscina, o que era bom. No geral, uma estadia muito agradável. Super clean e super confortável.

This place was horrible. It’s not family friendly at all. The lady at the front desk was rude and horrible and the manager Chris was even worse. The room was so overpriced, old and run down. They made us feel so uncomfortable and not welcoming. If your going to spend money on a hotel. I highly recommend not doing it here when you have so many options all around this area.

Our family had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at the DoubletTree in Pasadena. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows also were very comfortable. We had a nice view of the pool. Staff were immediately helpful and uniformly kind. The heated pool and the spa were wonderful, and we had them to ourselves. We used the fitness room both days, and had it to ourselves also. Really appreciated the chance to use the treadmill, and it looked out at the pool, which was nice. Overall, a very nice stay. Super clean and super comfortable.

Buen hotel

We reserved and paid for our 1-night stay in advance for a total charge of $195.34. We checked-in on Saturday, 8/14/2021 and checked out on Sunday, 8/15/2021 without issue.However, in reviewing our checking account this morning, Monday, 8/16/2021, we find that Hilton has charged our account two (2) additional charges of $244.18 and $50.00, respectively.We called the hotel itself, and they referred us to the Hilton accounting department advising us that we had to wait for a phone call from them within 24 hours. This is not acceptable as they have already taken, without our authorization, $294.18 from our checking account in addition to the $195.34 we had paid in advance.They made a mistake, took our monies without our authorization, and now we have to wait for someone to call us back?!?!?It is amazing to us how quickly they can take your money, without authorization, and how long it takes and how difficult it is to be refunded our money.We tried calling other Hilton corporate numbers, but the answer is the same, accounting will call you back.Unacceptable, truly unacceptable. The whole point of reserving and paying for our room in advance was to obtain a lower rate and avoid issues. It didn't work out that way, did it???
